Husband's "make your own" bowl was mixed up with a totally different table such that he got someone else's creation - different vegetables, different protein, etc. If my husband had allergies, it could have been really bad as they already replaced the other tables food, but didn't bother to check his until he started eating it and found it to be totally wrong. If you have allergies - don't eat here.

In addition, they ran out of fried rice and didn't let us know until after his bowl was already selected. addition.

The vermicelli was not very good - pork was tuff, pieces of cucumber and lettuce was huge compared to other restaurants, and too small amount of fish sauce for portions.

Service was ruff - way too little ice in the tea, melted almost immediately... and tea was still room temperature or warmer, we had to get up to go ask for menus and then forks.

The restaurant was generally not enjoyable from mix up, communication, and quality.

Absolutely not worth the 75+ dollars we spent. Will...

NEW OWNERS! RIP Ba Mien 2! 😭 My husband and I have been patrons for over 5 years. We absolutely loved their brisket pho and grilled beef rice plate. We haven’t had this meal in a while and picked up some Togo last night for dinner. I noticed different servers and manager. Not thinking of it, I just assumed they hired new staff. Boy was I wrong! We got our order, drove all the way home, excited to eat one of our fav meals. We ordered 2 grill beef rice plates and 1 grilled beef spring roll.

We received the smallest, thinnest, SHRIMP spring rolls. The “grilled beef” rice plate was completely different. Not grilled at all, more like thick sliced chuck beef drowned in a weird teriyaki sauce. The original grilled beef rice plate is made with thinly sliced beef, chargrilled and delicious.

Everything was terrible, and a waste of $40 (raised the prices as well)

I’m sad to see this amazing...

We have been here a couple times and each time the experience was pretty consistent. Staff always seems annoyed to have to take your order and never comes back to check on you. A previous visit we literally had to go get out waitress to get our check because we waiting for about 45 minutes as she sat there eating pho on the clock. She apologized and said she was hungry. It’s quiet and never too busy, staff doesn’t seem to want to be there, and spring rolls (rice paper not fried) take a strangely long time to make and be brought to your table compared to other restaurants, or even compared to making them at home. Fish sauce is never consistent, it’s either got a lot of pepper or none at all. It is a little pricy compared to other places too but the food is good. I have had better at a cheaper rice but overall food is good. I would recommend take out...

New guys taking over are doing big things! I can’t say enough good things about them! Jorge and Enrique definitely know their sushi and how to give the true customer experience! Looking forward to the changes they are making and the high quality sushi resturant they plan to bring to Sawdust! Recommend the Tuna on fire! Described by them as the filet mignon of the sea. My husband loves the angry tuna roll, ocean roll, pulga roll, and the surf and turf roll! They have some great nigiri with unique toppings that really make you change your mind about raw fish! At the moment of this review they do currently still have the stir fry Mongolian.. my fav for the moment! For drinks I recommend an Espresso Martini and their Mexican candy shots! 10/10! Pics included of several of our experiences over the last few weeks!

Not too bad (but not spectacular) Vietnamese restaurant located in Rayford Sawdust. This is a combination restaurant of Vietnamese, Chinese, Sushi, and Mogolian stir-fry so they really have something for everyone. The menu is extensive. I went simple with Vietnamese coffee and rice plate. The coffee was too creamy for my taste and didn't have that kick that I typically like. The rice plate itself was good. The pork was not chewy, not too strong in flavor, and the rice was fresh...a bit disappointing that the cucumber was not fresh. Portion size is reasonable and prices not too bad (it is filling) *I've also had that sushi before through Doordash. It wasn't the best I've had but it wasn't the worse either.* Overall its not too bad Vietnamese restaurant but I felt like it wasn't the best in the spring area.
