I should have read the reviews prior to driving 45 minutes to the store. Arrived at 1050 and waited until 11 when they are supposedly open. The doors were still locked and lights off at 1115 so I tried to find a phone number on their Instagram page and anywhere online. Found a number and called but it said disconnected. Tried contacting through their Instagram and didn't receive a response so I just decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. Poor customer service in my opinion. I love supporting local businesses however this experience was less than positive and truly rubbed me the wrong way. Ok so I'm changing my review due to my most recent visit.. This place and employees are completely opposite of my last visit a couple months ago.. I was immediately greeted as soon as I opened the door! I had my child with me and within 5 minutes one of the employees had changed the music to child friendly music. Awesome! Then while I was looking I also was asked if I needed help and to let them know if I needed anything. Got shorted on a payout and didn’t realize it until I left. Tried to call, email, even IG, but all communication is ignored. The guy who shorted me is named Max. He was pretty rude and all around awkward to deal with since he kept talking to other people about his lunch order that was wrong instead of me. There is no organization to their shoe walls, so good luck finding anything you want in your size there. Don’t waste your time or money here when Cincinnati/NKY has other options for sneakers.
