Subway — Restaurant in Springdale

I come here quite a bit. I'll give five stars for the food, as I've been enjoying Subway sandwiches for many years. With regards to this particular location, they need more energy! The ladies behind the counter, even though they change over time, still seem to have the same depressed attitude. Tameka, who is the manager, has been there for at least a few years. She is efficient, but her team seems slow and disinterested, even as the team changes over time. Even though my original review was posted earlier this year, I just came back from there today (10/17/17) and wanted to update this review. I could have cut the apathy with a knife. None of the workers seem to want to be there...ever. I realize it is fast food work, and in general people in that industry may not be thrilled, but they take it to a new level here. I wish management would read these reviews because there always seems to be a dark cloud over this location. I hate to single out Donna, but she has been there a long time and kind of epitomizes the attitudes there. Not terribly friendly, and getting a smile out of her is harder than training a cat to take out the garbage. Having said all of this, I'll still come here on occasion due to its proximity to our house. If you do visit the place, make it a challenge to get a smile out of one of the workers. One lady, whose name I don't know, does tend to smile regularly, but her personality is rather quirky and I can't always figure her out, lol. Interesting...

We went to Subway while our son was in activites, we literally was in line for an hour. They was slow and the lady with a split weave left the line, went to the bathroom, got out and grabbed a drink from the drink station and went behind the line. The young gentleman was slow but nice. The lettuce was old so I got the spinach leaves, a Hispanic family was behind us and the lady stated," they about to order like 20 sandwiches, they only wanted 2. They knew the coupons came out but wasn't prepared. The gentleman had to leave the line to get more mayo. On top of that had a regular from home cup and some chips on the table which means they was chilling prior to getting the rush. Let me tell you how God works, we get to the register and they couldn't even ring us up because their register was down. Free food because of an hour wait plus picking our son up that had been waiting an additional 20 minutes. I will never go to this location again, I rather wait and go to...

I ordered delivery through doordash from this location. We ordered 2 footling sandwiches, egg and Mayo only on artisan Italian. We were given egg, ham, bacon on flatbread. I got a refund through doordash and tried to reorder it since I have picky eaters. I even put in the notes, white bread egg and Mayo only. We were sent the same sandwich. When I called the store the lady that answered try to say it said flatbread. Then she said it said to add the meat. Arguing with me on what I ordered.
