I visited this store one week ago with my mom. I went in the store knowing what new phone I want and was greeted by a worker named Chase. We walked over to a table and then switched to another table. I saw the iPhones on display and chose to take a quick look at them. Chase followed me over to the display and asked, “So what do you want most in a phone? Do you like it more for texting? Calling? Using the internet? All of these abrupt weird questions were asked in a way as if he was jumping down my throat. I said I use my phone for everything and I like having the newest phone model. I then walked back to our table and Chase then asked my Mom and I questions regarding our account. One of the questions was for my phone number. The next question was towards my Mom “Is the owner of the account, Name, your husband?” My Mom said, “Mhm, yes.” He then demanded in an extremely rude manner, “Name all of the names on the account.” My Mom answered with the names, although we don’t understand why this question was necessary. His tone was getting worse and worse. He then asked “So are you in a bad mood today ladies? Do you want me to shut up? It’s like you don’t want to talk to me.” Then he mumbled, “You know you can buy these phones online.” My Mom did not hear what he had said and said, “Excuse me.” He would not repeat himself. My Mom then asked multiple times for him to repeat himself, however he wouldn’t. My Mom and I then immediately asked for his supervisor. The supervisor, Maurice, came over to our table and asked what’s going on and we stated exactly what happened and the supervisor decided to help us for the remainder of the time we were in the store and he was extremely nice and helpful. Two other employees, Mohammed and Adam, were also very nice by showing me some of the features on the phone I was getting. I am thankful for all of their help; however, I am still bothered by the fact that Chase was completely unprofessional for no reason at all. I hope he learned that the way questions are asked and the tone used to speak to someone can really affect a conversation and I made sure to mention that to...
Read moreA truly 5star experience! I have to tell of my recent ordeal with a second rate cell phone reseller, partimer sold me AT&T plan to get me internet with no issues. After hearing my grumbling the agent asked my cell number and less than 4 minutes later she had solved my issues to my AMAZEMENT! This PROFESSIONAL goes by the name Tee. and can be found at the. 1100 Baltimore pike AT&T store in Springfield Pa. definitely worthy of the trip to deal with a knowledgeable...
Read moreMy sales associate representative was Tee. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!! Not only was she a pleasure to work with given her upbeat personality (seemed to love her job) She was very knowledgeable, and thorough. She performed a heck of a job ensuring that I know the proper steps to take in performing a port transfer from one cell phone carrier to the next. The process went as well as it could given our current situation and limited phone call representatives on AT&T's side.
I NEVER leave reviews unless someone's service exceeds my hard to meet expectations. AT&T should be proud to have this member on their team as her customer service skills are on point. I value people who are genuine and sincere, as people in the customer service industry tend to do the bare minimum at times to keep it moving to the next person and or problem to deal with.
Hopefully, AT&T service will be great moving forward, but his is a heck of a first start. Thank...
