We went to Shake Shack in Springfield, PA, our first experience. The staff said we’d love the food. My wife loved the burger. We paid over $10 for two root beer floats. They had no ice cream in them, which was very disappointing. I told the woman who takes over the counter orders what happened and she said “that’s not good.” When I picked up my food (I was one of the few people left, like a 15 minute wait, I told the woman who calls names and hands out the orders (she’s super sweet). I told her my experience and that I used the “Contact Us” firm while waiting for our order. She apologized and said “next time you come in one will be one me.” I told her that wasn’t fair to her, then said I have been contemplating buying one root beer float. I caved and went to the same cashier and paid my almost $6 for a root beer float. It had ice cream in it this time. However, after laying almost $50 on a credit card, when I got home my wife was once again upset because the two double bacon cheeseburgers (almost $12 each) had NO BACON on either, and one had a half rotted piece of lettuce (see photo of black in it). The two large blood orange drinks were SUPER bitter (not drinkable). We’re not happy, extremely disappointed and are debating patronizing Shack Shack again. We felt the need to tell this story. We thank you for your time, and wish you and yours great, blessed and healthy days...

First up, the cheese burger was absolutely fantastic. The patty was cooked to a perfect medium, with a juicy center and a crispy, charred exterior that gave it just the right amount of smoky flavor. Topped with a generous portion of melted cheese, crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, and tangy pickles, this burger had all the classic elements that make a cheese burger so irresistible.
And let's not forget about the hot dog with cheese! This dish was just as delicious as the cheese burger, with a plump, juicy hot dog that was perfectly grilled and served on a soft, fluffy bun. Topped with a generous portion of melted cheese, ketchup, and mustard, this hot dog was the perfect comfort food to warm me up on a chilly day.
Overall, I would highly recommend these dishes to anyone looking for a delicious, satisfying meal. The quality of the ingredients and the care that's put into each dish really shines through, and I can't wait to come back and try more of the menu items. If you're a fan of classic American fare, then you won't want to miss out on these cheese burgers and hot dogs from...
Read moreIts started 4 weeks ago when my wife ordered food right before closing.. Told her it would 15 minutes. Came back in 20 and store was closed and staff would not let her in. But after knocking and an employee leaving that the manager finally addressed the annoyed customer, my wife. And then telling her that she already took her food, but it did not happen. So after several extreme irritating minutes figured out they gave her food to someone else! So we get 4 burger & frie coupons, but no food. Terrible right? No, It gets worse! We go back to get our food and they have no clue what to do or why we have coupons. After 10 minutes of trying to figure out how to use them and we only ordering 3 burgers & fries are told that we have to pay for the 3rd burger. So I asked where are my coupons that I handed you and you are still asking for money. Oh no they where used, but states you only gave me 4.. Now I am so irritated and dumbfounded and say. I gave 4 and you are charging me for the 3rd and no 4th burger, what is going on? I gave up, didn't want to argue or make my kids upset. So paid for the 3rd, lost the 4th and I will never step foot in that place...
