I'd like to stress that THE STAFF IS ALWAYS OUTSTANDING.

That said, the products and lack of accountability by the company for said products is horrible. Today was my third belt in 18 months from there to simply, fall apart. They don't stand behind them whether it's within 30 days or any time frame.

I purchased shirts there two years ago and three of four fell apart at the seam without being washed (unless you count dry cleaning as a wash). They were worn twice each before showing wear. Pair of slippers that literally ripped in half within a week, were returned and I had to take store credit for. Deer something or other? Deer Stag...

I was in need of a stadium chair for an event my husband was going to that night I recalled when in the store previously yo sold the chairs. I called and the salesman said they had one. I went right to the store. The salesman had it set aside at the register when I walked in. We rang up the purchase and he was so kind to offer to take it to my car which was right outside (small parking lot). This store is amazing!! Super clean! BEST LOOKING STORE! Kim and Bill were 1000/10. My brother has bad social anxiety so it’s hard for him to shop. We both went there to find him pants for work and Bill greeted us so well and answered every question my brother had and made him feel so comfortable.
