Service could have been better. From the moment we stepped in the building I felt the looks as if we didn't belong on this side of town. We were seated for 10 mintues not knowing their is a new way to look at the menu by using the barcode app. The Host didn't explain anything to us I had to ask myself. But he made sure he quickly used sanitizer and took his temp right after he call himself assisting me. Mine you I was 6ft apart and had a mask on.The waiter didn't come out until 15 mins later I dont know if it's because no one mentioned he had customers at a table. Nor did another waiter come make sure we were being served. We didn't have no drinks, silverware, or menu for a good 20mins and we went to the bathroom. SMH! There was only a hand full of people inside. Our food took forever and when we received it of course it was cold. The meatballs wasnt cooked all the way. The service everyone else was getting made me question the bias in the facility. I have degree in business administration and they need to train the staff on proper customer service. If you dont want your organizational culture to be represented incorrectly than I suggest you have another look at your staff. Employees now of days don’t know where the items they sell are located there floor employees not one offered to show me the store was clean not nothing desirable about the floor workers . But one good thing I left my phone in the bathroom by accident and believe it or not 45 mins later I went to look for it I was frantic I searched everywhere I could think . Just incase turns out good people do exist I know they will never probably see this post but to the amazing person who turned my phone in to customer service I’m truly grateful . The floors and bathroom were downright disgusting! After being seated [to left of entering] I walked to the bathroom. There was literally a path of dirt/sand and trash from prior guests, strewn across the floor, all the way to the outside of the bathroom area. I mean LITERALLY TRASH: PIECES OF PAPER, FOOD, ETC. This used to be one of my favorite places.
The table and benches were no better. To make matters worse, the staff were walking about like nothing was wrong.
When I came back from the bathroom, we left because no one had even told my family "be right when you", or anything.
