Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Mansfield

I went there with my family and let me tell you, just go to Applebee's or some other local restaurant. Let's start off with the food. My mom and dad both got hamburgers. They were both the exact same, extremely burnt and salty to max. My dad and my mom being the nice people they are, tried to just eat. But it was just horrid and inedible. My mom got turned off from Any type of food from it and the waiter took it. Then my dad just got a replacement of wings. It did not get better, if you have ever had rock candy, that's what these wings were like. I don't know if they burnt the hell out of them or they are just like that. But it was a obviously a big problem. Just inedible, just like the burger. We had to send that back also and then my dad also just didn't end up eating anything just like my mom. 2nd is the Bill. When we got the bill we were confused. We ended up only getting a kids meal, ten wings, and a small order of cheese curds. And what was the bill? 50$. It turns out since they already ringed up my dad and mom's food, the waitress was not willing to redo the bill and yet instead just give is 15$ in vouchers to only Buffalo wild wings. Which is not getting your money back. We continue to ask her to redo the damn thing. She went back but the bill didn't change. It actually increased. It turns out they decided to be a little bit more petty and just not right. They decided to add 1$ for every extra sause we got. And by the way, they don't tell you about the extra buck for it, they just ask if you have enough sause and if you would like some more. We tried to talk about that with our waiter also and she rudely just kep5 saying "well the prices add up for small things like sause". And then those no one to get justice for just how bad this truly was or get our money back. It was just horrible, nasty, mean experience at this supposedly great restaurant. Just saying, GO...

My family went after church a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately at that time, their computers were having issues, so they couldn't serve anything other than water. We didn't stay as we were wanting food more than watching the games on all the TVs that surrounded the room...but many people did. We went back the following week. They were very busy. The waitress was very attentative even with how busy they were. The food was very good. I had the chicken wrap with the Asian Zing sauce... yummy. My only complaint was that it was very loud. I had to wear my headphones the whole entire time I was there. It wasn't so much the noise from people talking as a lot of people left after several of the football games ended that they were broadcasting. It was more of the volume of the music being played. In order to hear the person next to you, you had to almost shout to be heard. Trying to hear the person across from you was extremely hard. Forget trying to hear what the person down at the end of the table was trying to say unless you can read lips. Everyone at our table complained about not being able to hear each other. Even after most of the people left, the volume was still up. Some might think, "if you take the headphones off, you can hear better". Not true. The headphones help lessen the ambient noise so that I can hear those at my table. I guess if you're hard of hearing, you would really enjoy this venue. I'm not sure if it's like that all the time, but it sure was on a game day Sunday. Overall, the service and food was great. 5 stars. The noise levels... not so...

Update. Got the all you can eat wings (which were delicious even though they take 30 minutes to bring out more), my problem is however that the fries tasted like they were cooked last week sometime. I’m sure whoever is cooking or managing would make themselves fresh fries, why not send some to the customers? Update. The last two times the fries have been hot and fresh. Sorry to leave a one star, but I’m making a point that I’ve tried to make directly to management with no avail. If you charge a premium for fries they should be hot and fresh or at least edible. The wings were great, unfortunately I love me a good fresh fries as much as I enjoy a good wing. The fries I got at dinner tasted like they were left over from lunch. Every time this happens I’ll leave another one star. . If they’re hot and fresh, I’ll leave a five. I sent a long email a few months back and never got a response, so I guess management doesn’t care. Edited. I came back and the fries were hot, fresh and delicious. And this was even late in a Sunday when it was fairly dead. I am changing to a 5 star Updated. Last two times the fries have been hot and wings delicious. Updated again. Came in around 8pm on Sunday December 15th, and they must have been expecting me because it tasted like the cooked my fries and wings about two hours before I got there. Back to a one star. I eat to enjoy my food as I certainly don’t need the calories to survive. Tonight I didn’t enjoy my food...
