Dunkin Jewelers — Local services in Springfield Township

We had a great experience with Dunkin Jewelers. I was looking for a ring guard/enhancer. I was able to find a couple things that I liked. The first thing I purchased didn’t end up working out as there was issues with the diamonds falling out as it was being resized. They called me and insisted that we find something else as they wanted me to have something that was good quality and they didn’t feel the original ring met their expectations. They were able to find me another set of rings that were just perfect and honestly nicer/more expensive. They didn’t charge me for the difference in price. Their only concern was that I was happy and had something that was high quality. Their customer service is exceptional. I cannot recommend...

I will NEVER shop at Dunkin Jewelers again. I purchased my high school graduation ring from Dunkin's many years ago when the store was located inside of the Richland Mall and was serviced by an extremely rude and very nasty sales representative. This representative yelled very loudly at me and my mother and would not allow me to order the ring that I actually wanted. The representative should have been fired but Dunkin's did not care and never took action to resolve this issue. The level of customer service provided by Dunkin's is unacceptable and I would not recommend this jewelry store to anyone in spite of the fact that my grandfather was a former manager of this store at two of its locations for more...

Owner is very friendly, helpful and has a good sense of humor. The older gentleman is very knowledgeable and helpful. We've been very satisfied shopping there and will continue to go there first. We have no complaints about this store at all. Only wish we had a lot more money to spend to get all the beautiful things they have in their showcases. Update: It doesn't matter when or why we go there, they always take good care of us...
