Went on Thursday to buy a dishwasher. Easiest sale ever, I picked it out and paid on the spot, no financing needed. Salesman says delivery will be Saturday all day up till 7pm, and that we will call you half an hour before to let you know we are on the way. Saturday comes and at 3:00 pm, the store manager calls to say that the delivery driver was here but no one answered so they left. I told him that is a lie, this is a commercial location and is open for business, no one has been here all day. He then reversed course and stated that they had a hard time finding the location. Really? it is a car lot on W 4th, less than 1 mile away on the same road. Manager stated they tried calling me but no one answered. My phone did not ring all day. Manager confirms phone number and states it was put in wrong. I said ill just come pick it up and you can refund the delivery fee, manager replies with we took the item back to the hub! So now they say no delivery until Tuesday now. I told him no one was here, no one called, this is all lies. I said well now that you got a hold of me, lets get it delivered, manager replies they stopped delivering at 3pm, I replied with your salesperson stated delivery was up till 7pm. Manager states he will work on it and call me back. Shortly later the manager calls back and says the delivery drivers are done for the day. I thought delivery was till 7pm, he stated he is not the boss of the drivers and cannot control what they do. Manager states the best he can do is have one in the store on Tuesday for me to pickup. I asked for a refund and will go to another store where the same item is in stock cheaper. To sum this all up, they lied about everything. No one was ever here, no one ever called, delivery stops at 3pm even though I was told 7pm. They stated they had the wrong phone number and no way to reach me, but yet you called me to tell me this! Look at the google reviews, the past 2 months have been all 1 star reviews. I have bought from here in the past with no issues, but now I am no longer a loyal customer.    Read moreThe Store Manager (Nathan) was absolutely awesome but the company is unexpressively immature. Nathan got the 5 stars, not the company. We got to the store to purchase a gas range, and they went up and down and sideway to help us find the right product, so, slightly above our budget, we bought what was going to be the fruit of my wife's 2 years patience, all ready for her grand birthday. A special purchase at a not-everyday cost for us. Day of delivery comes, we get ready, whole house going. I call the store to see if I'm nervous for any reason, only to be told that they never got it on their truck to the store. Back to the store where Nathan actually spent an hour trying to sort it out. No question asked, he just got on with the help and satisfied all our requests. Got a new delivery date. Delivery came and went but I had to go back to the store because Nathan got the range from another store who gave us, unknown to him, an ex-display with lots of marks, splatters and dents and was delivered in an old dryer! 's box. Again, patiently, Nathan helped to the same high level of customer service ABCD (Above & Beyond the Call of Duty). Finally today we got our new stove 24 days and 4 visits after the original supposedly next day delivery date originally promised. What ticks me off are the holes in the company the local manager has to deal with to help customers. Their system is outdated, their logistics is reactional, their customer service is draconian and their communication fragmented. The store managers have to navigate this cheap company's low industry standard to keep customers satisfied, which Nathan did excellently. Please move on to the professional sphere of commerce instead of behaving like a start up whose company grew too fast and never matured.    Read moreWe had purchased a matching Electrolux 417 front load washer and gas dryer on Jan 7. As of Feb. 26 we had been dealing with Lewis Appliance about a dryer issue that still was not fixed. After our 5th visit Feb 28 from Lewis appliance, who were only doing what the tech line at Electrolux told them to do, our dryer was still not fixed. I called ABC Warehouse and explained the problem to Matt the manager. After a few phone calls and emails,on Sunday March 4, Matt got the job done and told me a brand new dryer will be delivered wed March 7!! Was great to always be able to get ahold of Matt and talk with him everytime. Plus HE was the one who called me back!! If you go to ABC warehouse to purchase anything go through Matt! He will get the job done and save a lot of headache and stress! If it wasnt for Matt I would still be waitng on Electrolux as they left it on our last visit that they needed 48-72 hours to review and devide what our options would be. Keep in mind that the complete wiring harness and u.i. board have bern replaced. I would also recommend Lewis appliance which ABC Warehouse has services and warranties through. If youdeal with Electrolux they have long wait times, will do good setting up an appointment, but other than that do not give you a lot of help fixing your complaints.
