LOFT — Local services in Springfield Township

I’ve been shopping at the Loft for years and love their clothes because it’s the one place I know I can always find petites BUT there’s nothing worse than walking in this particular store and being completely ignored by the sales staff. Not once not twice but every time I walk in here and trust me it’s often I never even get an acknowledgment. Sometimes I purposely walk close to one of them and nothing. Do I need to dress a certain way? Carry an expensive purse? I mean I’m wearing their clothing most of the time, my hair is done my nails are done so it’s not like I’m a vagrant off the street. It’s just discouraging to be so “whatever” about your customers. I worked in retail in a dept store for many years and the first and foremost thing we were taught was to “greet the customers” I started shopping online from the Loft now...
