Betsy's Hallmark in Springfield, MO is the go to place for all of your cards and special occasion gifts. The customer service is excellent and knowledgable as well as friendly. The selection is second to none. The store is clean and well lit as is the parking lot. Betsy's Hallmark has a great free program for returning customers as well that allows the customer the opportunity to earn free cards and discounts. A great store and a wonderful shopping experience. I was there looking for a necklace with Nana on it. They sell them at Wal-Mart in a box with Halmark. I was still talking to her and she walked away to help someone. So I asked her another question and she didn't know. But she started helping someone else. She missed a sale. Does not matter what I was going to buy. I got ignored. Some where in this country people has no customer service. I'm going in to buy something. I left feeling like I was...

I came in 15 minutes before close today by accident in order to pick up an order, because most days they close at 6, but apparently on Saturdays they close at 5. Instead of kindly informing me of this, one of the ladies yelled "WE CLOSE AT FIVE" at my friend and I. I appreciated being informed but it just wasn't nice.
