Croft Mattress — Local services in Springfield

Quite possibly the best purchasing experience I've ever had for any product I've ever bought. I was completely unfamiliar with the store but after shopping at several other stores on the same street for a new mattress, and seeing the same brands everywhere, but not finding one that I really liked I decided to stop in Croft. Brad was super helpful at directing me to different mattresses that fit the criteria I was looking for. And I went in today with the full intention of buying the one that I had decided on. I was greeted by another gentleman. I told him I was looking at buying the particular model but I wanted to check one last time at a hybrid model before I decided. Come to find out he was the owner of the company, Brian, and he suggested I try another model but we look at tweaking some things to get the best of both worlds between the models I was considering and ultimately decided we had built the perfect fit for me. The top notch knowledge and expertise from these guys is impossible to find anymore. I never once felt like I was being persuaded or pressured into anything. And being able to custom build exactly what I want and have it so quickly is a customer experience that's absolutely fantastic considering the supply chain struggles that other stores/brands are hiding behind. The service and knowledge I received today leaves me zero doubts when it comes to support going forward. And having a true lifetime warranty and the ability to have my mattress updated in the future versus replacing it with a new one is second to none from my experiences. We had a great experience with Brad! We came in just to see what they had available that might compare to one of the high-end Tempur-Pedic hybrids. Wow, how we were surprised. In a head-to-head comparison, we definitely gave the nod to the guys at Croft in every important category, including comfort, cost, and warranty (Croft's warranty is "Lifetime" not just 10-15 years). The only category the tempur-Pedic folks won is in name recognition. Why pay more money for that? Also, don't expect the "lay on a few and see what you think" approach to sales. These guys offer a more objective, scientific approach. They ask about your sleeping positions and what things tend to cause discomfort. Then they put you on a mattress with a pillow to check your spinal alignment. You might try another couple of mattresses (or pillows) to get your ideal alignment dialed-in. They offer great information before and after the sale to ensure that you have the most comfort and sleep you can get. Don't forget to ask them about their "American-Made" products, and just how much of them are actually American-Made. You'll be shocked. I wanted to wait 3 months before I write my review, after the honeymoon period so I can give an honest review. I have the Foreverbed and now that I've been getting a full nights sleep, my whole life has improved. I think more clearly and don't feel like I need to take a nap all the time. After researching the healthiest beds I wanted a latex mattress without the FR chemicals. The Joplimo mattresses are made using Colloidal Silver instead of chemicals!! I also bought the adjustable frame (labor day sale). This cured my sleep apnea. I usually sleep on my side with just about 2 inches of the head raised up. Those 2 inches make all the difference. The bed came with free bamboo sheets, cooling and very soft, like they were sent from sheet heaven. It also came a free mattress cover and 2 free lavender pillows. I love my pillow, but my husband is still misses his very old feather pillow. (which I threw away, oops)

A good bed is an investment and after 3 months I can honestly say it was worth it since you spend 6-8 hours a day in bed. I had been sleeping on a memory foam for the past 8 years. It was so hot and I always felt stuck in a position and had to fully wake up to roll over. Now, I don't remember waking up at all and only roll over one time each night (according to my smart watch).
