Im usually not the type of person to leave bad reviews, if I do have a bad experience I usually go on about my day and just don’t go back but what happened today cannot go unnoticed. If I could leave a review without a star I would. My mother went June 26 and bought some cute footwear she found but when she got home noticed that the cashier had not removed the wire alarm that comes wrapped around the shoes, so I advices her to bring it back today and just ask for it to be removed since she had her receipt with her, just for the staff to wrongfully accuse her infront of many customers of stealing the shoes when the whole time she was showing them the receipt, not only did the staff accused her for something she did not do but they also embarrassed her and did not give her the opportunity to defend herself, and I don’t understand why a store like Burlington who’s customers are mostly Spanish speaking people is not equipped enough to have at least ONE bilingual person on their staff, if it wouldn’t have been for a kind hearted CUSTOMER that helped her who knows what would’ve happened. The goal of this review is not to COMPLAIN but to bring awareness of how badly the staff is doing their job, first the cashier that did not make sure all the wire alarms were off (I get it we’re humans and we make mistakes but not taking the wire alarms off 3 pairs of shoes?) also the managers that have ZERO professionalism, they mistreated my mother and publicly accused her of something she didn’t do instead of trying to help and understand the situation, and also how come TWO “MANAGERS” didn’t understand that merchandise has tracking numbers that literally tell you if they’re on the receipt or not and they decided not to take a look at that until the customer helping my mom told them to check it. They eventually realized they were in the wrong but the bad moment they made my mom go through won’t go away...
Read moreI wanted to cry when I realized some of the things that were happening in this store. The store manager was so rude to the employees, yelling and screaming across the store to other employees, talking about smoking so loudly, so unprofessional ! One isle I went down I couldn’t even walk through because there was so much trash everywhere I took plenty of pictures that I will upload . I can tell there was favoritism with different employees. I notice there was this young lady sitting on the store furniture on her phone also having her friend there, I also notice SHE WAS An EMPlOYEE !! Then I notice one employee folding the towel isle which looked like disaster and took her time to PRFESSIONALLY folded all the towels so neatly and nicely then the store manager walked by and said she was slow to hurry up . Your probably asking how I noticed all of this . I was in the store about an hour 1-1/2 and she was so loud . I mean it was that bad!!!!!!!

Read moreI have been here many times. Most recently I came here around Christmas to shop. This store opens early at 8am and the staff were already up and about working. Compared to many other Burlington stores, this store actually offers a large selection of everything. One example is the suitcase and travel section. They have the largest selection of suitcases I have ever seen in a burlington. Their home and kitchen section also offers a big selection of items. I'm most impressed with a previous visit on a Black Friday. The line to the checkout was very long and it took 40 to 45 mins to wait in line, so the store employees decided to start singing and dancing to entertain the people waiting in line.
