Pizza Makers — Restaurant in Springfield

I ordered a large combination pizza for take out recently. Even WITH the discount coupon, I paid around $25.00, which would not have been terrible, had there actually been a decent amount of toppings on the pizza! I will say, that their pizza does taste good, and I have always looked forward to their basic pepperoni pizza for myself. However, this last time around, I picked up a combo, because it was for multiple people. EVERYONE had similar comments, “are you sure you paid for a combo?”, “where are the toppings?”, “$25.00 for a Combo pizza, and I have to search for a pieces of mushroom and hamburger?”, you get the idea... Their individual toppings prices are high, compared to a lot of other pizza places, and their combo, even with the coupon, is not much of a bargain, especially when the toppings are so sparse! Again, their pizza DOES taste good! I just could not shake the feeling, that I shelled out $25.00 for a combo, and got ripped off,...

Absolutely terrible. Probably the worst pizza in the pioneer valley. Been ordering from them out of convenience for 20 years or more. It used to be better. Then the new owners came in and it's been nothing but garbage. Cheap products. Poor training of their team. They recently gave away our pizza to another customer. I got on the phone and called to see if something could be done about it. I was met by a rude woman who insisted her manager was on a delivery. I've have over a decade of delivery and restaurant experience. Very very rarely is a manager on a delivery. Clearly trying to hide her mistake and cover it up. Absolutely...

I went there on my way to work to get a slice of cheese pizza when I got there I gave him my car. I opened the box to put some Parmesan and hot pepper seeds on it. It wasn’t nothing but pizza with sauce. There was no cheese I asked him if he could put some cheese on where’s the cheese he gonna get a little bit and sprinkle it on the top I was gonna cancel the transaction with my bank, but my son ended up eating it. It was disgusting. He said they suck. The guy didn’t have no kind of customer service skills or anything and they cash you out and used a gloves to go back and make pizza very Disgusting. I will never eat...
