Absolutely awful! This was my first and last time here and on top of all of this, i drove 1 hour and a half to visit this place and then an hour anda half back home(seriously was NOT worth the drive, the gas I wasted, the money I wasted and our time). I came in tonight with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday. We ordered our appetizers and drinks, everything was great at first. We got our drinks and all of our food. We ate and we sat for a bit. I ordered a margarita for almost $14. I couldn't finish it and they were closing so I asked if they could put it in a cup and tape the top, they said no so I said okay that's fine can we atleast take the rest of our lemonade with us to go, she came back with small kid cups and took away our lemonades that we were still drinking and never said we were done with, they both were still more than half full. She said because I asked for Togo cups they have to take our drinks away. I only didn't want to waste our lemonades. As I stood there drinking the margarita because I hated that I barely drank any and was having to leave She accused us of trying to pour the disgusting patron kicker in the small lemonade cups She brought us when I only let my boyfriend try it and he didn't like it so he went for a sip of the lemonade and she took them both from us right out of his hands accusing us of trying to take that nasty patron kicker that had about a shot or less worth of patron in it. We didn't like it at all so why would we want it poured into our lemonade that we did like. ? She also came around and took our plates from us while my boyfriend was STILL EATING his food off of his plate. We got very upset after spending $61 there, getting our food snatched from us before we were even done and then the same thing with my lemonades. I had liquor in my car, alot of it at that. We weren't trying to pour a small nasty tube of patron into my lemonade. We thought our waitress Michaela was great until all of that happened. Alot of what we ordered got thrown out by our waitress, I'm confused as to what exactly was worth $61. And while we defended ourselves she wanted to say "I knew i wasnt going to get a tip anyways" yet 15 minutes prior to that my boyfriend and I were talking about giving her a good tip but after all of that i decided not to tip. She wanted to assume because i paid for the order with my card and i was going to tip in cash. I had the cash in my hand after i came back from the bathroom, but after all of that i said im not leaving a tip. While we voiced our issues and complaints Michaela wanted to stand there smirking and laughing. Extremely rude and beyond professional the way she was at the end. How am i supposed to know how things work or any rules they have there when she never told us anything and ive never been there? I work in customer service and the way she handled things was wrong. I seriously am so upset and feel like i wasted my money. We should have just went to Wendys and just drank our drinks we had in the car to be honest. But i was trying to treat my man and have a date night and bring him out because i couldnt on the day of his birthday this month. I felt so rushed, humiliated, ignored and unheard while stating the truth. One small patron kicker that was disgusting by the way, made michaela think she knew it all because she said she was watching us, YET DID SHE WATCH MY MAN TAKE A SIP OF IT AND NOT LIKE IT AND THATS WHY HE OPENED THE LEMONADE to wash the nasty taste down. Regardless this really ruined our night and upset us. She had No right to accuse us or take our food and drinks without asking. A simple question would have been great. THe French fry portions are an amount for a child by the way. Paid $40 for 2 burnt burgers that had very very hard buns and tasted microwaved and cane with like 8-10 fries each. And paid $8 for 2 leamonades that we drank less that half of before she took them away from us. I want my money back, and i will be calling the restaurant to speak with management as well as contact the customer...
Read moreIf 0 stars was an option Iâd give that. Ordering take out here is never pleasant and at this point I never will again. The mobile ordering system used to have the option to order a different side with a burger but that option disappeared a long time ago so I used to call to place my order so I could ask a person to make sure I got what I wanted.
Last time I tried this, I was told that I needed to place the order myself anyways and when I expressed the reason why, I was told to wait on hold for someone who could âhandle thisâ and then hung up on. I did call back and it happened again. Obviously I ate elsewhere.
This past time, we were going to get Panera for an easy night out, but for the price and the fact that weâre always still hungry later, we said- âletâs try Texas Roadhouse again. Weâre never hungry after that.â
So I ordered myself via mobile, went to go pick up my food at the window and waited for a person to appear and they never did. So I went inside to the âorderâ station and waited almost 10 mins before a dishwasher finally came out of the kitchen and asked if Iâd been helped and I said âno Iâm just picking up my orderâ He got someone to help me and when the lady came out she told me to check my bag. I did, it was missing buns so I asked for buns. Everything else appeared ok but itâs also very dark in the restaurant and I couldnât see well. The fries looked skimped on so I asked if thatâs really all it come with and I was told âeverything is portioned, it looks correctââŚI should have opened the bins because I got home to realize that not only did the burgers look both burned and like they were microwaved, but my $23 steak was undercooked and had two sides of onions for a side rather than potatoes. I brought the meals home and my family asked me if I ate their fries on the way homeâŚwhatâs in the pictures is all that it came with. It doesnât even come with a pickle anymore.
Honestly very disappointed and pathetic service. I have worked multiple food and customer service jobs and never was I taught by my managers to leave a counter unattended or be so short with customers. I understand short staffed or busy nights, but it was not busy and regardless, if youâre going to decrease portion sizes THAT much, youâre throwing your money away now on bins that are wayyyyyyy too large for your portions. May have saved pennieâs but youâve lost a customer. I almost went back for a full refund but it wasnât worth the cost in gas or my time going back. Not happy, never...

I've gone there twice since coming back to the area, mainly because my friends pick it and I'm the type to roll with what the crowd wants.
Now, I've traveled all over the country, and eaten at many steakhouses and chains. I go into steakhouses with a higher expectation of their quality of meat and preparation.
To add: I am a burger FANATIC!
So, my first visit I ordered the usual steakhouse/smokehouse burger a lot of these places have. With the cheese, fried onions, BBQ sauce, etc. I hadn't gone out to eat in MONTHS due to finances, so this meal was sort of a big deal to me.
And it turned into a big disappointment.
The burger was terrible. The bun looked both doughy and greasy, like it had been buttered up for toasting but never made it to the toaster. The meat was bland, as was everything else about it--I had to douse it in ketchup to get some sort of flavor on it. The fries it came with looked pitiful and weren't appetizing.
I ate it and dealt with it.
But then, on my second trip, I didn't even get a burger. The first one had been so bad, I got some chicken instead. It's pretty impossible to mess up chicken, so it was fine. My friends ordered ribs, and what was sort of off putting to me was, when asked how they liked them, both said "They're okay. 99s were better."
Sorry, but if other, non-steakhouse chains in the area can out-do you on burgers and ribs, you're dropping the ball.
I went to the Chili's next door tonight to get one of their Smokehouse Burgers and was BLOWN AWAY!
RIGHT NEXT DOOR you can get better stuff.
I haven't tried their steaks, but with how pricey it is, and how unimpressive the meals I've had were so far, I wouldn't want to drop the money on that.
The establishment is a mess, which can be expected I guess. Since the peanut thing has always been a part of their atmosphere. It's noisy and the waitstaff were polite, though on the last visit the waitress seemed to be doing whatever she could to inch away from our table.
Honestly I wouldn't go back again if it were up to me. Lucky for them I may end up in it if my friends want to go back.
I can tell you if you want a better burger that both looks more appetizing and actually tastes delicious, go 50 yards next to it to...
