I had a bad experience at this nail salon. I arrived early but was not seen until 30min after booking time. She began filing my nails down, which is not the technique I’m used to for a new set, but I had never been here so I didn’t know their process. I then mentioned that I booked a new full set (on their website) but the technician insisted that I booked a fill. This led to an argument about my appointment type, which they eventually confirmed was indeed for a full set. After already being there for over an hour at this point, the technician then rushed the removal, cutting my natural nails down and just being aggressive with the acrylic removal, despite my having grown them out for nearly a year. They blamed me for not requesting a soak-off, refusing to take responsibility. I ended up having to get tips on all of my nails which understandably made the price go up, but it was not communicated to me throughout just how much of an increase it would be. The staff also made a dismissive comment about me being from out of state and not understanding the way they do things at their salon. I do not recommend this salon due to their poor service, lack of accountability, and failure to...
Read moreIt was my first time going. 10am (they opened at 9 and they weren't busy) appointment, dust on everything, so they didn't clean the night before. Even the tv remote was white from dust. Technician took an hour to do a fill, simple one color. I had no broken nails or lifts. She filed one nail so much she had to add acrylic to fix it. There was a huge lump. I had to tell her twice file it down more. All my nails are thick, not shaped good, lumpy and the polish has a bunch of air bubbles. Then I had my basic pedi. Keep in mind I only get basic pedis because I take care of my feet. Told the next Technician I only had 30 minutes. Because the other lady took so long. Most places take 1h5m to 1h15m for a fill and basic pedi. They took 1h40m. She didn't sit in front of me. She sat to my right side. My left foot has polish on my skin and the left side has no polish. The next day I had to scrub dead skin off the bottom of my feet. No one should have to do that even if you dont take care of your feet. This was all very disappointing! Good price but you get what you pay for. And I still tipped each Technician $10 each. I wont...
Read moreThis was the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had. I had to make a trip to cvs for antibiotics cream to ensure I didn’t get an infection from this place. I went in planning to get my nails and toes done, left before getting my nails done because I was so traumatized. I have massive cuts on BOTH my big toes, which was caused by the salon and the polish looks horrible. She caused these cuts, then tried to scrub them with a pretty hard bristle brush, causing an extreme amount of pain. I’m saying ow, but she’s not really stopping. The tools were dug out of a dirty caddy, seemed so unclean and I’m genuinely concerned I’m going to get an infection. This was my first and last time at this salon. Disappointed bc it had decent reviews, but I wouldn’t trust them. I literally had to go get antibiotics cream to help the cuts after, and paid 40$ for absolute horrible service. Could not get out of there fast enough, would give 0 stars if possible, left with horrible pedicure and in literally pain. I attached some photos so you can see the cuts under the cuticles if you...
