Five Town Plaza — Local services in Springfield

Fairly easy access. Sometimes turning left onto Cooley St is an ordeal if traffic is thick but certainly not the worst I've seen for such a large plaza.

Prime location, located at the end of bicentennial/summer ave for forest park residents, routes via Parker st. And Allen St (from Stony Hill rd.) for 16 Acres and Wilbraham residents respectively. East Longmeadow access via shaker rd rotary to Elm st. Stop and Shop, Citizens Bank and Rote Aid pharmacy are located across the street for multiple store/coupon shoppers.

Big Y has a phenomenal pharmacy (lowest pricing I've found and amazing customer assistance) , fresh cooked food cafe, pastries for $2.59 and free wifi. I took my daughter on a "date" while we did errands.

Big Lots on the opposite end of the plaza has fantastic reduced deals right inside door and many Bobs Mill gluten free ingredients at normal or reduced prices. Burlington Coat factory, Cost Cutters, Sally's Beauty Supply, dental care, restaurants, Dunkin Donuts and multiple gas stations makes this a prime shopping hub, hassle-free, while serving multiple...

I'm not overly impressed😒 Besides BigLots and once in a while Burlington drop- ins I keep it movin' Customer Service is lacking straight up! It needs to improve collectively.

I do like BIG LOTS never any issues, but unfortunately rotten apples can ruin the cart...hence my meh, blah review🤭

I was all over looking for helium balloons the number 1. I needed to to make 11 . The other stores were rude either out,no helium or refused to blow up because it was not a 14'' round ballon. I called Big y .Spoke to floral depot. The young man was so pleasant. He said he had them and would have them ready when I arrived. He was true to his word. They were waiting in the dept. Blown up and packaged up. It made an 11yr. old very happy when she got off...
