I came in with a broken foot in pain bad enough that it was causing me to vomit. I never received a medial release, discharge papers or copies of my X-rays. The “best they could do for me” was to mail the medical release form, further delaying my care. Initially, they looked at the x ray and said it was a sprain, fortunately they sent it off to an actually radiologist before I left who found a chip in the bone. I asked three times which bone and never got an answer. What I did get was a pair of crutches a size too big, after I explicitly told them that they would be too big and could cause damage to my underarms, but my “back might hurt” if they gave me the correct size. I was able to use them for 15 minutes before the bruising was bad. Fortunately, I knew from previous fractures that you can end up with nerve damage from oversized crutches and discontinued use. Find another urgent care if you can, this place will do more...
