My go to place for "Shito", which is an African black hot pepper sauce that I use when making my Lemongrass Soup to add an African twist to turn up the flavor & the heat, and "Tom Yum paste" (I use it as a shortcut to make my Lemongrass Soup, because it has all of the ingredients I would need to make it already in it). I use them in making chicken & dumplings, or any chicken soup actually. I can't do plain old chicken soup anymore since I discovered that this takes it to a new level of taste.
