I was ready to give it 4/5 , their standard crew isn't rude, lets you go about your business for the most part. They understand that people hang out there to get work and homework done. There was this one lady in particular though. She was very difficult to deal with towards closing time. While you can understand someone's anxiety to just close up and go home, she wasn't like the other employees who didn't mind people staying past the close time as long as they were still packing and cleaning everything up. This lady was getting frustrated at people WHILE still not being done with her closing up duties.
Not only that, she failed to realize that because most of us had headphones on, we didn't hear her when she tried telling us they were closing up from the other end of the store. I took off my headphones when I saw her approaching me so as to make sure I heard her this time, but she had already said something by the time I had taken them off. I politely asked her "Oh, are you guys closing up?", to which she said in a very rude and aggravated manner "We close at 10, WE CLOSE AT 10 EVERY DAY". She then screams the same thing to a person across the store, who, again, had headphones on. Let's keep in mind this wasn't the first time I had stayed in this Starbucks until close, but the last two times the guy who was there actually let me and a couple of people stay until it was almost 11. For her to assume everyone should be gone by 10 and that its annoying and inconvenient for HER to say that even though we are going by prior EXPERIENCES and its HER JOB to inform us, is plain silly and unprofessional. She was clearly annoyed at the fact that she actually had to GO UP TO people and inform them personally. Not being open to actually communicating with your customers personally is the main reason I give the service 1/5.
This doesn't even include the night before, where I was the only one non-employee left, but they turned off ALL the lights without even giving me a heads up to pack up. I couldn't see anything and was struggling to find all my stuff in the pitch black darkness that was that starbucks. I was trying to pack really fast because at that point I didn't want to make it seem like I had gotten in AFTER they closed. The lights in the back room were on, but no one responded to me when I tried to ask for someone to turn on my light at least until I was done packing. Read moreI can honestly say I cannot say good things about this location. I went inside and ordered my coffee, they got my order wrong THREE times. The barista that handed me my coffee was giving me attitude because I kept handing my drink back. Finally when I asked for my money back the barista threw a fit and was incredibly rude. Even as I walked away to get my money she was still going off to her coworkers about me getting my money back. I even had a woman behind me ask for her money back because she didn’t appreciate the way I was being talked to.
I called the shift manager later that day and told her about my experience and she was silent on the phone. I then asked if she was going to do anything and she just said “No” I told her I was calling corporate and she said okay and hung up.
When I called corporate I got the customer service I SHOULD have gotten from the manager. They were very embarrassed to hear of this situation and said they were making a report and were going to take care of things. I will never return to...

Never miss a day and the one day I come in and the rude disrespectful barista Haley was extremely rude when I went back to the counter and asked for my coffee to made a venti since I had order it that way and she said I was going to have to pay for a whole new coffee since the lady at the register rang me up wrong and than we got our last two drinks made completely wrong.
