This is a great store. They have authentic halal meat, and it is not that restaurant depot stuff some places use. They also have very informed staff and can assist you with whatever you need. I needed ribs for my BBQ, and typically, Halal shop does not do ribs the American way, but these guys were able to accommodate for me. Also, the pre-seasoned chicken is always perfect for any grilling event! They have friendly cashiers, especially Mr. Raja. He always asks about my family and makes me feel welcome. All the employees are very rude, arrogant and ignorant especially the ones in the front at the register and in the back meat section. All the stuff are very pricey. Being muslim brother they should be more kind and generous. One time we called for an inquiry my husband he salam ask something he didn’t answer very well instead he just hung up on my husband. They are from Bangladesh and they do understand bangla but they pretend that don’t speak or understand. Horrible customer service. I have been going there for years and everything was great. Today I went again after a long time and the staff was very rude. I checked their freezers and they had a lot expired stuff, many of which were from last year. The expired things were even placed closer to the front making it more easier for someone not paying attention or in a rush to grab expired food. The cashier was very rude when I tried to pay belittling me and ignoring my questions. I am NEVER going back...
