This is My 3rd attempt , this site dissappears the minute I try to send I travel 125 miles to shop at the Springfield Missouri store This trip was a Birthday Gift for myself I was happy with my purchases but I questioned the prices on a few items Your products are Good quality hut the prices are very expensive I needed a pair if shoes., DXL wanted $100 I passed it up While shopping at Sketchers for my wife I Found the same pair of shoes for $50 I had several purchases at other stores priced about the same way Maybe DXL could do more volume with lower pricing I'm a walking/ talking billboard for DXL BUT I often hear the same thing. Too expensive Being a volume dealer has advantages and we the consumers are able to purchase more when the prices are lower If you ever decide to open A new store Mountain Home Arkansas would be a great place I send people to DXL. Some say 125 miles is too far and like myself, I hate shopping online, the size charts differ from store to store. I love this place. Seth is the absolute best. So many of the customers come in and treat him he's their therapist though. I don't think I've ever seen anyone in a soft line customer service role with that much patience. The prices are high but it's a wonderful example of supply and demand.
