Beware using Keller Williams Realty to sell your home. We put an offer in on a house listed by them - agent Kelly Hunt.
We put an offer ($11,000 over asking price) on a home Kelly Hunt of Keller Williams Realty had listed and then she brought a buyer that over offered us by a couple thousand. She did her seller wrong, because we were prepared to pay another $5,000-$10,000 more for the house above what we had already offered. She didn't give a chance for all buyers to do highest & best.
Her sellers got less because she brought the buyer. She makes more money this way but her seller loses money.
This practice creates an environment of disloyalty to one realtor. We love our Realtor, but we are better off not having one when realtors do business like this. We are better off using the listing agent every time. When realtors do this, it hurts the sellers and people who are loyal to one realtor.

In a desperate attempt to get warm I shared on a Facebook post that the heat was out at my apartments and Gina saw the post and kindly brought me some space heaters.
