Horrible service! I have been to this location 3 times. I will never go back again. I asked the manager if I can try a piece of the new shrip, he explained no because of covid they stopped giving out samples. That's understandable, I picked up 2 orders from there. Before I filled up my cup of soda to leave I sat down to try the shrimp. It didn't taste good at all! I went back to the counter and told the manager hey, I don't like the little box of shrimp it doesn't taste good, I asked if I can get something else unstead to replace it. He replied no I can't do that then turned and mumbled something under his breath, when he turned back around I asked him what did you say? He replied I didn't say anything! Literally used to come here all the time because they had the best food and customer service. But recently the workers there were so rude and didn’t care if you asked for more sauce. I went through the drive thru and ordered the family meal and I usually ask for a big bowl of sweet and sour sauce because I’ve got a big family to feed and we absolutely love it. But the worker who gave me my food said “I cant give you that much for your order” and then I continued to say that we usually have no problem of getting it and why this time. Tonight, was different. The employee (Kody M. on our receipt) was working the drive thru and appeared overwhelmed and annoyed about taking our order. He could be new, I don't know.
His social skills appear to be lacking, easily distracted, and blamed another coworker for his mistake on our order (said coworker rang up the order wrong, but he was the one taking our order). His hygiene appeared questionable as well. He appears to need more training to better assist him with the day-to-day routine of his job.
