Architect Coffee Co. — Restaurant in Springfield

Today was my first day going into this coffee shop. I ordered a chai so it was good, no worries there. I am more or less extremely upset with the way I was treated when I walked in. There were 3 people working, a girl and two guys, the girl was very kind to me but the two men working made me feel completely ignored when I walked up to the counter. And when I was ready to order they were chatting as I still felt pretty ignored like I wasn’t there. I was unaware of the sizes of the drinks when I ordered a medium, I went back in to just make sure that the size was correct and the man who spoke to me came off in a way like he was irritated that I came back in about the drink, which made me want to immediately leave. I was not expecting to come into a coffee shop I have never been into before and have the experience I just had. I hope customer service is better for other people because what I encountered this morning, was not it, and I will probably not be back...

Second timer here and I've falling in love. I decided to take myself on a breakfast date. I ordered a large Chai Latte and an Architect Burrito. I opted to take the protein off the burrito because I despise bacon and sausage. My latte got done before I could sit. As I was waiting on the burrito, I sipped on my latte. A few minutes later the burrito came. The presentation on the plate was immaculate. The burrito and the sauces were neatly portioned on the plate. I took a bite from the burrito and the robust flavors send my taste bud on a roller coaster ride. The sauces compliment the burrito very well. I was extremely pleased with my order and overall service. Customer service is a 10/10. The atmosphere of the place is very soothing and calming. The music playing in the background is very relaxing. I'll definitely recommend Architect Coffee...

I ordered one in a to-go cup for a meeting, downed it!

Half way into the meeting ordered a LARGE one to continue to drink when back at home and I wish they sold this in GALLONS!!

Made in house vanilla (what?!?), caramel, himilayan sea salt and espresso, the most baffling of combinations that blends better than lamb and tuna fish, LOL

Wish I was able to write the words to convey how incredible this beverage is, took my number one spot for best espresso drink in Springfield!

Atmosphere is fantastic, hospitality is incredible, wife had a burrito and loved it, next time I will be prepared to eat because the make their own toaster pastries! #nexttime
