Good selection, fair prices, horrible customer service.

I have never been in before and decided to see what they offered. I walked in and immediately liked what I saw product-wise. However I was not greeted or helped or even looked at during my 20-25 minute visit. I walked completely around the store just observing their selection. There were three women working at the time of my visit. One was training the other, so I understood they were busy. The other did not obviously appear to be doing anything, however it could have been something I just couldn't see. All three women stood behind the cash wrap in the center of the store during the entire duration of my visit. As I was heading back towards the front, two older ladies walked in and immediately were greeted with a cheery hello. Maybe I just didn't look like the type of customer they usually help or deign to give even the slightest amount of customer service to as I was wearing my work polo and jeans. However, as a manager in retail, I am seriously disappointed in the lack of customer service, or even basic cordialism and politeness that any business should strive to apply to each and every person who walks...
