Little Green Apple — Local services in Springfield

I love what i got my grandma for her birthday. I stood at the register for about five minutes before a lady who only came to the register only because she heard her cell phone rang. She knew we were the only ones in the store and while she was stocking she saw us standing there She wasn’t friendly at all. I spent almost $60.00 on just an angel statue only to feel super uncomfortable. The SAME lady was rude to one of her co-workers when i went on mother’s day to buy my mom a pandora charm. I will probably just order online from now on. Very disappointed with the customer service! I remember as a child going to the Hallmark stores in town the day after Christmas to get the marked down ornaments with my mom. I sincerely hope this lady gets a better idea of true customer service before the only Springfield hallmark store...

Took our 2 1/2 year old son in here for the first time on Father’s Day and he said “wooooow!!” throughout the whole store the entire time we were there and I have to agree it was pretty nice in there!
