Nosh has quickly become my favorite lunch spot downtown. Since I started working here, I've tried a bunch of different places, and I keep coming back. You cannot beat their service and high quality, tasty food. I love their hearty salads. When you know you gotta eat healthy, but you don't think a salad will be filling enough, this is where to go. Today I chose Kate's Power Salad. I placed my order online to pay when I arrived and it was ready when I got there. When asked if I wanted to add anything to my order, I noticed what looked like a deep dish focaccia pizza thing on a try by the register, I asked and was intrigued to learn it was made with tomato, onions, spinach and cheese. I couldn't resist and added it to my order. I walked back to my office to devour half of each, realizing I would not be able to eat all of it. But I was fully satisfied. The salad was packed with crunch and flavor and the bread was salty and savory. So everything was so well prepared and fresh. I will just keep coming back for more.

Been coming for years, had not been in a while and was so excited to share this place with someone new for a quick bite after an event at the Massmutual Center this weekend. I got the pulled pork sandwich, my guest got the pig and the pickle. We ordered pasta salad as our required side and the girls staffing the front told us they ran out so we could grab chips instead but we didn't mind. Portions were great for the price, my guest loved theirs. My sandwich was really messy and hot, pulled pork tasted great and I was enjoying it until I felt something hard in my bite mid-chew. I thought maybe it was a little bone was from the meat? I pulled it out of my mouth and voila...it was a piece of a bobby pin. I was unfortunately unable to finish the sandwich :(

Ordered and paid online for my pickup order. Breakfast Sammies with home fries on the side. Pretty tasty on their homemade focaccia bread. One thing that really annoys me is being given a place to request any special notes and you advise you don't want mayo or you ask for something to be well done and it's not. Low and behold there was mayo on my sandwich and the potatoes were hard. Other than that the sammies (BLT) were pretty tasty. I had take out yesterday ordered the Thunderbird sandwich and the Italian and they were both delicious. Also tried their sweets- turtle brownie which was fabulous and the ginger cookie was pretty good too. Do try their homemade breads. Fantastic four cheese was heaven.

Good! I got the fig and goat cheese panini, and at 7 bucks, the sandwich is a great deal including the chips or coleslaw that come with it. My partner got the black bean filo special, and it was packed with flavor and a rainbow of beautiful natural colors. The cafè is tucked away in the arts alley, and very artsy itself with cute paintings and an eye towards beachy decor. Def will be returning! Update 2 years later (I did return!) : the fig and goat cheese panini is still delicious, though 8.50 now, which is honestly still a decent price for how tasty it is. The black bean burger with the filo casing is absolutely delicious!! Atmosphere and service spot on. Nosh is truly a gem of an establishment.

Dropped a friend off for graduation ceremony at Mass Mutual and wanted breakfast. First two places coming down this street were closed on Saturday. Nosh doesn't open until 9am and it was about 15 minutes early. Proprietor was bringing chairs out to this beautiful pedestrian area. Asked if she was open and she said "I guess I can be." I always find it exceptional when businesses do this. Flavors on all their menu items looked amazing and in reality, they did not disappoint! I got the mango shredded pork breakfast bowl. Husband got the maple breakfast sandwich and we both got coffee. Perfect! I don't come to Springfield often, but if I'm at this venue again, I'll definitely come here again.

Great food and awesome atmosphere. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing. I got a street corn panini which was delicious. Sweet, salty, buttery and fresh. Great selection of books to buy and live music. Prices were reasonable, and they have a nice selection of local drinks. They also have a freezer of family meals you can take home and heat up. I also have to give them props for how seriously they treat allergies. They asked everyone who requested modifications to an item if it was for preference or allergies, which I thought was great. Will definitely come back many times.
