Let me pre reference by saying how much I love ocean state. Today, my experience was not so great. I spend a lot of money weekly at the various ocean states in my town, but today, I visited the one on Liberty Street in Springfield, mass, and needless to say, I will not be returning I visited this one before and never had any issues. Today, I went to pick up some things that I couldn't find at the other stores and hoped that they had it. I walked in with 2 other individuals that I did not know. I noticed someone in the corner as we walked in. I thought nothing of it, but before I could even make my way all the way into the store. I noticed the the same person was following me. They have security. I don't have a problem with that. But what I do have a problem with is that she wasn't watching everyone else the same. Anytime I looked up, she was there. I felt like I was being targeted. I didn't have a bag or purse or anything to indicate that I was there to steal. I don't know if it's because I look young. Maybe that makes me look more of a thief than the elderly people that walked in with. I don't know. I go to check out because, at this point, I'm extremely uncomfortable and no longer want to shop. I mentioned it to the cashier. I was immediately met with defensiveness and was told very rudely she watches everyone. I'm like cool, but that's not what's happening. So then she says there's nobody else in the store. I respond that there are other people in the store. I literally walked in with two others. In that moment, I knew nothing I said it would help her understand customer experience and how important it is .Therefore, I will not be returning to the liberty street store ever again. I wish the security could watch everyone the same. It will make a huge difference.
I still love ocean state and will...

But man, every single time you get up front to check out it is a clusterf%ck. Now with social distancing there are signs and things on the floor but it is vague and confusing. No one knows where to go and god forbid the front end help. Last time I went in, there were 3 cashiers up front. 2 of them simultaneously stepped away from their registers and were looking through putbacks and talking. There were 2 of us waiting in line and they seemed to have no clue. Just as the remaining cashier was finishing up one of the others noticed us. Also, I've never spent less than 5 minutes usually closer to 10 minutes waiting outside for a propane tank swap after paying. After 5 minutes I usually start trying to get cashier's attention through the window. It's embarassing for everyone. Anyway, that's my...
ย ย ย Read morefor me, the Job Lot is a store of important goods with a good prices. Here you can find everything you need for work, housekeeping, lots of groceries, tools, etc. If you've never been here, you've lost a lot :), it's difficult and long to list what they have, it's like a mini Walmart, but only the right things. What are the disadvantages, well, without them, everyone has them, for example, I loved to buy specific products and suddenly they stop bringing them, but new other brands appear.. some people are happy about it, but for me it's a minus.. Well, also example.. - synthetic clothes, they cling to my fingers and annoy me :) if there were more cotton things, it would be better. All these little things make our lives. I love going to this store. It calms me down and relaxes me.. it would be great if they also...
