Terrible service. I went to do a return of an online purchase. The lady that was at the register at the time asked me to move to the other register. A lady got to that other register, she didn't say hi or anything, she looked upset, She grab the receipt and started searching for the items on the receipt, without saying a word to me she started trowing the items to the side as she was marking them. After 5 minutes, she asked me for my card. I told her that this purchased was made using a digital card. She got all upset about it and stated that she couldn't give me money back without my card. I told her I wasn't asking for money back. I just needed to return the items. For her to refund it back to the card and if she couldn't, to do a store credit. She didn't say anything back. She ask me to sign the receipt and gave me a signed receipt back. She didn't say anything else. I had to ask her if she was able to put it back to the card or if she had given me a store credit. This lady was extremely rude for no reason. If she doesn't like her job, she should quit. I will never spend a dollar on this store. I don't know her name but the operator id that I have on my receipt is 6493DA. Upper management should...
Read moreSomeone needs to call corporate on Rainbows in Springfield Plaza. First and foremost I'm aware that of course it isn't the best store in the world considering the location it's in. The employees are beyond rude & lack a proper method of communication like civilized adults should have especially when working in retail. I walked in and a customer was behind me with a bag & the store has a no bag allowed policy, they need to have their bags held until they leave & the woman there instead of saying "excuse me sir" was whistling and doing this cat call to grab the guys attention. The guy didn't even acknowledge the woman and I'm glad he didn't because that was just plain rude of her even the comments she was making about him were ridiculous. The clothing racks are so close together you can't even walk. The racks are literally touching each other, what do they do when they have disabled customers in wheelchairs? Hmm, I wonder why that store is even still opened. I know one thing for sure, if I was the district manager for that location I'd shut them down for good or put someone more educated, friendly & up to par to be the store manager. Not someone who looks grumpy and as if she...
Read moreI went to the store this morning and I got a few things quickly. The store was pretty much empty. I waited in front of the cash register and no one had even said hello. I had to glimpse into what I guess is the office/employee spot and yell hi to have someone charge me for the things I wanted to buy. The lady that came out didn't even bother to say anything, zero eye contact and kept talking to the other employee in the back of the store. Horrible customer service. Won't be coming back to this particular place....
