SC FUEL MEALS-SPRINGFIELD — Local services in Springfield

Let me start off by saying that the meals are delicious, and they make awesome lunches for my husband who had gastric surgery a few years back. I also want to mention, we love the powerballs.

Now onto why I gave it 3 stars. The first time I came into the store, I was greated by a gentleman. The experience was fantastic, he showed me around. Told me about their deals if you buy X amount of meals. Even went as far as telling me about the type of rice they use and why. He was there to help answer all my questions. And he had a smile the whole time. I would give him 5 stars alone.

I came into the store a few weeks back where I wasn't greeted by the woman sitting up front. No big deal, she might have been busy. Got my meals and brought them up to the checkout. Still no "Hi" or "How's it going?". Just a mean muggy face that screamed she didn't want to be there. I paid for my meals, said thank you and have a good day. She still didn't say anything, not even a smile.

Fast forward to today (April 2) I get a phone call from my husband who went in for the first time to ask me if I've ever seen this girl working there before? I said sure have. He went on to explain to me how absolutely unwelcome he and his friend felt being in the store. When he tried asking her a question about the sales deals, all she did was point to the sign hanging in the back of the store. She couldn't be blatantly more obvious about how much she hates her job and being there in the store. It made our friend want to put his meals back and take his business elsewhere.

We will continue purchasing from SC Fuels, just because they make my life easier. But I really hope we are lucky enough to deal with the nice man working there next...

I've been on a weight loss journey, but recently hit a plateau and wanted to try something different for the last 20lbs. I am AMAZED at the quality of food and the convenience of everything already counted (macros). I'm on day 5 of meal prepping through SC Fuel and have already lost 4lbs! I should have been doing this from the beginning, makes life so much simpler. I have more freedom to eat, but actually consuming less ! Thanks for being here!...
