I started window replacement research before the pandemic and had to put it on hold until 2022. At this time, everything was a lot more expensive and took much longer to order. Keeping this mind and wanting to support small / local business, I selected Window King over big box and 3 other local contractors. Window King offer Onka products, which is a solid mid tier local brand.

Sales process: I called Window King in April, and they were able to come to my place within a week. Nicholas was very detail in explaining the differences between Onka series 400 vs 500, demo how the window worked. Before he left, he was able to share price quote over email. Since everything was on a template, all details were clearly stated on the quote. No guessing game.

Order / Scheduling: I place the order in April and the entire order was not installed until July. I had both windows and patio door replaced. I opt to one day installation so had to wait longer for the door. Throughout the process, Lisa was very helpful and transparent with order status and scheduling.

Installation: There was a mixed up with the order and the installer didn't have everything needed. It was supposed to be one day installation and it ended up to be 2 days. Lisa was kind enough to reschedule my installing the next day so it can be done before the rain. The installation process wasn't perfect but they were responsive and quick to fix issues. The installer had a very long drive, working long hours in a summer day, he deserved a little bit of slack. Overall, I am happy with my windows...

First off, the initial consultation went fantastic. I started off with other brands which are wayyyy to pushy and try to make the sale. Nick came in, showed me product, gave me the options, accessories, and pricing. It was all done within 30 minutes and there was no pressure. I went with the starmark which is the best of the best and honestly couldnt be happier. The windows look amazing. Edgar the installer was professional, quick, clean, and efficient.

There was even a mishap when ordering the wrong window and was taken care of quickly and for the inconvenience hooked me up with a discount for a window I didnt want replaced but since it was their fault they hooked me up.

Lisa was phenomenal in answering all my questions and called me to make sure the project wen smoothly. If you have any doubts, please refer to this since this was my first time ever buying windows and rest assured i will use them again in the future

Also Okna vinyl windows are better than the box store windows, and even the pella vinyl and Anderson vinyl. Did some research on them. Thanks...
