The worst Whole Foods I’ve ever been to. I originally have them the benefit of the doubt because they were brand new. But it’s inexcusable. They never have rotisserie chicken made. They told the person in front of me they weren’t making any today. They then told me it would be 45 min. They said they were short staffed so they couldn’t make certain things. Finally they did bring chickens out but they were hardly cooked. The manager told me they were cooked perfectly - they were pale! I also wanted from chicken from the pre-prepared deli section. They told me they didn’t have time to make them so I’d have to wait a few hours. When I did find chicken I liked, the person behind the counter told me to be careful when I chewed the chicken because part of it could be frozen and could crack my tooth. What?! Also there is one bread slicer. Every time I go to slice my bread, the employee is slicer bread and won’t even offer to slice my bread or get out of the way for customers to slice their bread. So customers are standing in line behind an employee. Also the olives are never stocked. And the meat/fish counter smells fishy - not in a typical fish counter way. I just called to speak to a manager and suggest that they stock before the store opens so that everything is ready to go for the customers who are shopping. She kept telling me NO that’s not how it works. Half of my order was out of stock on a Friday morning. I could understand if it were a Sunday evening after a weekend of people shopping for groceries.
