I've been a medium-long standing customer for going on 8+ months now, from having interactions with Tina, Alex, Matt and their GM Troy. I hate not giving them a 5 star, and writing this review is a bitter feeling but I'd like to explain why that last star is important. So to start I got one of those offer coupons in the mail with stating "start online or come in the store with 15 dollars. You know, a 50 inch 4k tv, making above minimum wage, more importantly with the idea of owning it in the long run sounds more than just appealing. That was easily shut down with the excuse that, "it don't start until the middle of the month", i was like oh... Then look on my phone moments later, reading it started on the 1st, ending the 15th. So I'm like oh maybe she wasn't sure either, NOPE apparently "only participating stores" .somebody needs to understand what an advertisement is... Not like we don't live in a world where that classifies as false advertisement.. I'm like whatever I ain't gonna fight the corporate agenda, just had a bad taste in my mouth but not having a 50 inch would take a lot of bad customer service to turn me away. So half an hour later, 3 references later, Troy signs me in the contract, which was ofcourse high interest and 180 dollars walking out of my pocket with me waiting a few days. So walking out of their 160 more than what I expected, was an emotionless ride home. but that would still be a 5 star to the overall experience of not needing a credit check, and an understanding on how life works. It wasn't until today when I called in 3 days after my bill was due on the 15th, and on my break at work, 8th months later (mind you I deliver pizza so my time schedule is whacky. I live in the night hours) so calling at before 3 is a long shot. I get paid on Fridays, and I live on tips, but I've been very dismissive in the past, and totally understand if you don't get ahold of me for weeks at a time, go ahead and call my references and stop at my house. It's your right and I respect that. But if my balance is kept up to date, and I've proven time after time that I am paying you,. And I'm not trying to be an annoying tenant of your tv. Please understand 3 days notice, balance up to date and not even half a week late on my bill, make it well apparent that I'll have a late fee and have the disrespect to ask me what time I'm exactly gonna be there, after telling you what day I'm gonna be there. Not sure xif it was Alex, but don't you think after 8 months and me paying 2 months twice at a time to get my account to date, I can at least get the respect to wait until Friday. I mean TOTALLY understand I'm not the easiest person but those dates I was behind was because I had to get a new car for work and lost my job twice but that's my business so I didn't stress the times where you came to my house like 4 times, 2 weeks I was late. When I pay you in month spans. I was just thinking to renew my contract and get a 75 inch to upgrade my 50 inch but now I see I'm clearly and will never be more than a dollar on your pocket. I do respect your establishment and Troy runs a place surrounded by people that would take advantage of the idea but I just thought I proved my loyalty otherwise. Anyways that's what it takes for a star to be displaced. Im not the type to tear down a company just because personal opinion, but I can't go another day paying them 130 bucks without at least letting them know how I feel. I would 100% recommend EVERYONE to check out this store, and buy from them if your looking for anything right now!! The store representatives are ALL friendly, helpful, they don't upsell you, they listen to your needs and help any way they can!! The delivery was FAST both times, and the staff are all extremely nice!!! Answered ALL questions, and was impressed with the professionalism at this store!! If they don't have it, they can get it!!!
