i'm here with work and got a weekly rate of $475 a week. understanding that the rate has rose because of all the gas workers in town and that was pretty standard for the rooms around here, i ended up getting the room. it is tiny! the smallest hotel room i have ever stayed in and i have been in my fair share, but they are clean, look fairly new and didn't have much to complain about. i opted out of the safe charge thinking that this is a pretty nice place and i didn't want to really pay $10 more a week when i don't leave my valuables out in the open...boy was i wrong. my bf bought my a pair of expensive earrings for vday, along with a pair that my parents had bought me for xmas. they were in an earring box and put in my make up bag and STOLEN! after going to the manager, who admitted only one person other than me had been in the room that day to clean it, he still didn't plan to do anything. wouldn't talk to woman about it. told us there was nothing he could do but for us to file a police report. POLICE REPORT FILED! i'm sure there won't be anything come of it, but the manager had no intentions on doing anything about it. then exactly a week later, my bf, who is a welder got about $1000 worth of tools stolen from his truck. after going and talking to the manager AGAIN, he says there's nothing he can do about anything being stolen. nobody talked to, nobody reprimanded...NOTHING! then after i got mad, he kicked me out, still having a week paid for. don't stay here! looks nice, but SHADY business. also, caught the hotel staff smoking in their "non-smoking" rooms...

Safety wasn’t a concern at all. I felt secure during my stay.

Despite being budget, they offer solid amenities: free WiFi, free parking, and well–appointed rooms with microwaves, mini-refrigerators, etc.

Also, it’s conveniently located off I-70 (at Exit #218 / Mall Road) for easy access.

Soooo they need to replace the rude lady at the front desk I wish I got her name cause she was not meant for customer service ... I called after booking my room to see if it was ready early possibly because we hadn’t been to bed for 24 hours because we were traveling she says come in at 11 and it will be ready .... okay great! Nooooope I get there tell her my name she goes your not handicap why do you need a handicap room I said I don’t and she claimed I booked one on my reservation which I checked I never clicked a handicap room okay so after that she literally just walks outside leaves me standing there (manager needs to check cameras see how rude she is ) she does this 3 times and then the phone starts ringing mid conversation and she just cuts me off by picking phone and having a conversation couldn’t even tell me to please hold on or anything then tells me she can’t leave the desk to see if a rooms clean that I can come back at 1 smfh I ask for her managers name she rolls her eyes and says it rude ... she is just seriously rude smh. So we literally sat in our car for 2 hours can’t hold our eyes open when she told us a room would be done ... when we finally get our room the shower was nasty it had hair all over the wall and something greasy on the floor the air didn’t work kept shutting off worst place I’ve ever stayed sure the price is decent but not worth...
