My family and I ordered takeout ($70 worth) and initially had an issue with the website, so kindly called to make sure the online order went in and received nothing but attitude from the phone call and on. Important to note: we tipped on takeout ahead of time, even though I have a hard time understanding tipping on takeout ordersâŚ. But happy to do whatever is standard.
I walked in at my pickup time and nobody was present at the designated pickup counter. Waited 5 minutes, multiple servers, hostess, bartenders, etc. all walking around, looked, & passed me. Not even an acknowledgment. I work in customer service as well, so I am not overly impatient by any means. After watching multiple servers, bartenders, and a hostess clearly see me in their line of vision and actively ignore, which fair enough, itâs not âtheir stationâ but my goodness, the restaurant was not busy whatsoever, so a small smile or âhave you been helpedâ would have been great. The takeout counter was empty.
Long story coming to an end, I finally went up to the hostess and asked if somebody was working the takeout counter. She goes back, doesnât say a word to me after checking and goes back to the hostess stand. Then when the takeout girl finally comes to the counter she first stops with the hostess, they make little comments to one another and laugh and then I had one of the worst exchanges with a server/hostess ever.
The customer service SUCKS but then to top it all off, the wings we paid for were ice cold (we live 5 min away, so wasnât proximity to restaurant) and were either dry or basically all breading. One family member ordered a 6-piece boneless wing but instead received 10-13 tiny bits of breading that had a sprinkle of sauce and tasted stale/burnt with no chicken inside. Luckily the apps/sides my family shared were okay which somewhat made up for the inedible cold wings.
Either hire more mature / better employees or just simply close. Absolutely awful...

My friend got his really fast, but I think it was almost an hour before I got mine, we had to wait over 40 to 50 minutes for food I felt like I was there for a half a day, when the food came on the table, it wasnât very warm. It wasnât hot at all. They were wings that were like warm but more so on the colder side was not hot food. It wasnât that busy. We walked right in on a Saturday afternoon no specials on cocktails just letting you know, also they card you for any type of alcoholic beverage even the nonalcoholic beverages they need to card you for listen we ask the manager they have some type of program called bars?? That anything with a logo from a place that serves alcohol or company that makes alcohol people need to be carded or your server will be suspended Also be mindful when kids come up to the bar they cannot sit there unless theyâre 21 years old. And if youâre older and you donât have your ID and you want to drink even though you donât look like youâre in your 20s you wonât be able to drink the alcohol so be prepared people. This was a very different experience, and Iâve ever experienced in my life. Iâd like the atmosphere. I liked all the TVs around they were clear my Wi-Fi just wasnât working very well in that area. I do have an iPhone, so I found it to be interesting that I didnât have that type of capacity not a lot of businesses allow Wi-Fi for some reason even for guests, I find that very odd in this day and age. On the 16th of Feb I registered online for Blazing rewards reports gifted to me after customer service responded to my dirty restaurant, cold food review. I registered and intended to order for yesterday and wanted to use my rewards points. The charge went through the same day (not the restaurants fault ) I called the location and told them I had put in for the same day. They said the charge could not be refunded, fine. The date of the order could be changed. I had it set to yesterday 18th at 515. And I spoke with a manager and said what about my points, I gave my phone number and was told it would be taken care of. I get to the restaurant at 5pm my order is no where to be found in the system. I had to show them my email which had the order confirmation and also my bank account to show the $46 debit transaction. They said we will get it ready asap 20mins of waiting around they bring it out. I ask about the discount, the manager who I had just spoken too comes back out, super nice person by the way and proceeds to tell me that i had to enter the $10 discount code prior to doing my online order. I told him I tried but that it would just have to apply for a future date. I was hungry and did not want to argue with that. End of the day, still a messed up process, that really does leave a bad taste in my mouth for coming back to this location take...
