CVS Pharmacy — Local services in St. Clairsville

The CVS pharmacy In St. Clairsville OH is absolutely over promise and under deliver... 1 star because zero stars was not a choice... I have never, in at least 10 visits to the drive through, gotten my meds that I was told were “ready” without the standard “oh shucks, dang, uhmmm they’re not ready...can you come back in 15 minutes?” I can see using that old bait and switch routine with customers in your store so you can make them wait so they will buy your overpriced retail, but not at the drive thru...I won’t even go in to how many times the prescriptions that were filled were incorrect... and I can honestly say I was just told to come back in another 15 minutes bc of an insurance issue that could have been resolved during the first 15 minute visit... I managed 4 retail pharmacies In a previously life and I can tell you this is unacceptable... if only they would discount my overpriced meds to the equivalent of my hourly rate of pay that it costs me to WAIT on them... my last advice... Find a Community Health Center near you that has a 340-B pharmacy and see if you qualify for their discounted federal purchasing pricing... it will save you 50% or more and they will have your RX ready when they say it’s ready! NOW BACK TO THE...

This is by far the WORST PHARMACY i have ever been to! They NEVER have my medicine. Ever! How do they not know which medicine their customers need month after month?? I have to STOP IN because they NEVER answer the phones, just to be told they're out of stock and have to order that particular medicine. WHAT?! That is terrible service!! NOW, they apparently are closed on the weekends. I am livid. I can't express how terrible this pharmacy is. When you're standing at the register waiting for someone to wait on you, every person will look directly at me, ignore me like i am not there, and then continue to carry on their unprofessional conversations about other employees. Terrible...

I’d give it zero stars if I could. This place is terrible. On two occasions I’ve needed to get my prescriptions coming straight out of surgery. Both times it was an hour wait even after being called in. It is NEVER ready on time not to mention if you have to wait in the waiting room God forbid you have to go to the bathroom which looks like something out of a third world country. Can we get a Walgreens or SOMETHING that gives adequate service where I don’t have to worry about sitting on a toilet seat that should have been in the WRONG TURN franchise.
