I went here with a family friend who happens to have a medical service dog, on the 8th of August. We waited in line and when it came our turn to order the women taking orders declared āyou need to take the dog outside,ā we responded with no itās a service dog itās allowed in where the owner is. Another staff member jumped in and said āservices dogs have to be labeled a service dogā we pointed out the dogs service dog vest and corrected his false statement. The original women then went on to say we HAD to eat outside. We let her know that was an illegal request that but not to worry because we had no plans of staying to eat inside. Now had we not promised the youngest kiddo this very food I would have left at this point, but given the pandemic and the added precautions people are taking we figured it was just a mix up. We ordered and waited for our food. As we waited a manager came out to again to insist that we outside, we reiterated we were taking the food to go and again informed her that it was a legal to make such a request even during a pandemic. Her response was āitās not about the pandemic itās about keeping the health department happyā my friend was very polite and let her know that in sterns county the health department is in full support of service animals and respecting the federal law. I held in a comment about the fact that staff including her, looked to be a manager were wearing medical masks they had cut all but one layer out of making them see through. In what I would argue is violation of the health departments mask ordinance. Non the less we did report the incident to the state, but wanted to let people who have disabilities know this might not be the place for you. The food was okay, not very flavorful or authentic as they boast. In general the staff was pretty rude to other guests including yelling from the register at guests who were adjusting their masks. Would skip on your next trip. Not worth the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came in on Sunday night with a friend and order a burrito for here. It was about 7:30. We realized they closed at 8, so I asked if we could have our order to go instead. A bigger lady was preparing the food and I didn't intend to come off as rude but she asked twice about wanting it to go so I was a little confused. A couple minutes went by and she popped out if the kitchen and asked again if we wanted it to go. This annoyed me because I had already made it clear twice. At that point I had a bad feeling and my friend said they're probably going to pur something in your Food. She did. As I was eating my burrito I found a hair intertwined in the rice. I should've taken a photo for proof but I didn't think of it until now. I pulled out the hair and finished my burrito. Again I didn't try to offend anyone and I thought I had a good connection with the guy I talked to. I understand being tired and feeling like it's late but that's why we asked for it to go... it felt like she was having a power trip about something in our conversation and wanted to get back at me. I pulled out the hair and ate the burrito. I love Bravo but that was a terrible experience. I appreciate they used peroxide based cleaners as opposed to terrible chemical based ones, but the carpet in there looks like it hasn't been steam cleaned in about 10 years. I'll honestly be back because I love the food and most of the people who work there, but if she's there I won't and will continue to tell people about...

Believe the hype... Bravo Burritos is where it's at!!! Your palate will thank you!!! If you live in the cities the only problem you'll have w Bravo Burritos after you ate here is... is having to reason w yourself that.... no you can't justify driving 40ish miles just for a burrito!!! I've finally moved past the rookie stage and order two burritos! One deluxe and one super. That I will eat over the next three or four meals because they are so filling! I then snack on the bag of chips while I'm in town. I do suggest calling ahead your order. I stopped in late on a Friday afternoon, thankfully had called ahead as the front area was FILLED w people. So much so the cashier asked us to snake around so everyone wasn't clumped in front of the door. Although had I not called ahead, I would have waited however long necessary to get Bravo Burrito DELICIOUSNESS!! Thanks Bravo Burrito for always satisfying my...
