I would highly recommend this business for furniture needs and more! There is a wide selection that would suit any style , comfort and affordability. My daughter and I were fortunate enough to get a private showing before the grand opening which was really cool since we are rather spontaneous in our outings. Shane made sure to take the time to explain everything and even show us how it all works I had so many questions and he was very patient, not pushy, and did not hesitate to do everything he could to make sure that we were comfortable and happy and that everything went smoothly. I had brought my kids in for my purchase a few days later since I needed time to think over what I wanted since I liked almost everything and they were very kind towards my children and so accommodating. There is a cute area for kids in the store to draw and hang out and I think that is so very thoughtful my daughter felt special when she was able to hang her picture she had colored on the wall. Delivery day was not only exciting for us but Robert and Shane were genuinely excited for us too and it was such a great experience. These are just the nicest people I can’t stress that enough and they really deserve the best like they gave to us. I had purchased the cloud slope and it’s extremely comfortable I find myself taking naps on it frequently and it is very kid and pet friendly just as stated. First of all, Robert and Shane are a delight to work with. If you want great customer service, this is the place to get your furniture. In addition, and most importantly, the sectional we purchased has been amazing. We bought our sectional from RCL four months ago and it has been a fabulous piece of furniture. We have 6 people living in our house and this is in our main living area where we all hang out and watch TV or read (or nap!). The cushions have held up well, just needing a little fluffing once in a while. We got the lighter color and it also has stayed looking new during these months. In fact, we did get a defective cushion that went flat because the down moved all to one side and they replaced as soon as I let them know. Shane and everyone at Really Cool Living have been so amazing to work with! We searched extensively in a 2 hour radius from our home and on-line for new living room furniture. We were disappointed in the lack of unique choices available that could be seen and physically tried before purchase. When we stopped in at RCL in the St Cloud mall we were met with the warmest welcome and no high pressure sales, and the moment we sat on the couches and chairs we were sold!
