Normally this place is mediocre and you pay for what you get but this last time we went, was not okay. There was 6 people working (4 on line, 2 cooking). Our greeter was very nice however he was the only good thing that came from our visit. The rest of the staff acted like they had no sense of urgency or care in the world that there were multiple people waiting for their orders and food to be cooked. The second line person had headphones in and was not attentive nor welcoming at all. The two women on the line were pleasant but again, no sense of urgency at all. There were only 2 cooks working the whole time and 4 line staff were just standing there watching and not helping.. When we finally got our order, 1/2 our food was hot and 1/2 was cold due to waiting 15 minutes for the selected food. We also got an additional order of wontons which we did not order, but thanks for the cold cream cheese (I feel bad for whoever was supposed to get these). It's pretty ridiculous that there seemed to be no manager on site or if they were, they were okay with how service was being handled. We will definitely take our money and...

Walked in at 7:55. Asked for Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, was told no. When I asked why, I was told "we turn the grill off at 8:30pm and the grill was already clean. This is insanity. There is no signs up anywhere stating that if you order at X time that X may not be available due to equipment being shut off AN HOUR before the store closes (Store hours say 9 pm). I worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years (restaurants specifically) and know that no one wants to "stay late", but it isn't staying late when there's an HOUR to go and you've decided that you just want to leave when the store closes. I've been to this store twice and both times, there was next to nothing ready. And that's fine, I told them (both times) that waiting for fresh food wasn't a problem, what is a problem is being told that I couldn't have a dish ...because the employees didn't feel like working. If the job is too demanding then perhaps that job isn't for you. But when that store serves food..and has set posted hours, then those who chose to work there need to honor their end...

Consistently a 2-3 star experience at this location. I have 4+ star experiences at other locations.

The general vibe in the store is "frantic". It seems like staff are always running behind, trying to catch up to demand. I never eat in-house. I don't want to eat in that rushed vibe.

The energy is like walking into a room after people were arguing. Edgy, and tense.

Servers are always waiting on kitchen staff. It seems disorganized and lacking clear communication between servers and cooks.

It is typically busy when I am there around supper time. Some foods look fresh, and some foods appear to have been out for a while and need to be refreshed for the supper hour.

This location has the potential to be 4+ with more organization, better communication, and some pre-planning/anticipation from the kitchen.

Staff has always been kind and accommodating to me. But I have witnessed other customers experience poor customer service, at this...

Hey! Previous kitchen manager here! I’m long gone and so are the cooks I trained along with all management in the entire state! The food is no longer being made properly OR safely and you should not eat here for the sake of your health. The regional manager drove away all the people who made sure you weren’t receiving a plate of food poisoning. If you insist on risking your well-being here, ask that your food be made fresh and temped in front of you. If it does not reach 165 degrees, it has not killed the cross-contaminating bacteria of the meats in that kitchen. That includes the side dishes, and even my best cooks took tons of training just to cook chow mein correctly. These guys have none of that training. Beware and take care.

I went there around 8:30 pm and was no much food available such as Teriyaki chicken, but my cravings were more than the options available so I decided to get some Orange Chicken and Blk Pepper Steak with noodles. And the other plate Orange Chicken Walnut Shrimp with noodles.. Well to start the Steak meat was all soggy and tasted weird, more like liver.. Very disappointed that I pay a little bit more for it and the taste was not good, not to mention I also got severe diarrhea 😞. Now for the Walnut Shrimp they literally count them and they just gave me 5 total which also you pay for it a little bit more... No recommend this place at night time not choices of food, food might be old and not tasting good. Personally lesson learned!

Panda's food quality and the staff serving the food both continue to be just a bit above average. As a pescatarian, I can say I'm disappointed that the only thing that I can really order on the menu is the Honey Walnut shrimp. Panda used to have better options like the firecracker shrimp entree, and the Beyond orange chicken. Both of these have come and gone and they've explained that it's just due to demand. I would really like to see an all vegetarian entree besides the power greens. I would also like to see a couple of other shrimp options. All in all, Panda is pretty OK, and clean, with friendly folks. My wife likes it here more than some places, though I would mostly pass due to the lack of choices.
