Upon arrival there was a employee disinfecting a cart. He kindly asked if I needed one. I said yes thank you and he said you're welcome, have a great day! I went shopping in the evening and there was not very many people in there. There was a customer before me and we stood distance away. When her order was finished and she left, the clerk disinfected the entire area, countertop, bagging area, where you put your PIN number in, and that little ledge right underneath it, etc. He then stepped away from the register and told me to put all my merchandise up on the counter. I then backed away. He said hi and asked if I found everything I needed. After he rang everything up, he asked how I was paying. He told me to put my charge card on the little ledge up so he can scan it. Then he backed away again. After everything was bagged he pushed my cart away from the register and moved away again so I can get my charge card and receipt. As I left, he said have a great day! Out of the three stores i went to that night, Target was rated number one store by me for disinfecting and making sure that the distance between us was far enough. Also every employee was very kind and made sure we were very satisfied in every possible way in this unfortunate time of what the whole world is going through together. Thank you Target...
Read moreThe woman who is in charge of returns/exchanges is one of the nastiest people I have ever met!! Her name is Denise and she REFUSED to get/call the Store Director/Manager when I requested to talk to her. I asked 3 times to talk to the Store Director/Manager—-Denise VERY RUDELY said “take your item and leave the store”!! I refused as she repeated herself and kept getting louder and even pushed my item back to me. Finally Denise yelled “since you won’t leave the store, I’m calling the St John police and they will make you leave”!!! Remember; this is because as a customer of Target I requested to talk to someone above Denise in ranking! I said “if that’s what you feel you have to do” and I waited by the counter as Denise stormed away! This all happened on a Monday and the story gets worse before finally getting better on Thursday after talking to the VERY HELPFUL and real Store Director Megan—-she took care of myself and my item!! By the way, Denise didn’t call the police, she just tried to “scare me” so I would leave. I sure hope Target Corp reads this and doesn’t let someone like Denise ever represent their store in the future and especially let any of their employees treat another customer the way that Denise treated me!!! THIS LADY WILL NEVER SHOP AT TARGET AGAIN in ST...
Read moreI enjoy shopping at the St John Target. I really like the pharmacy and I feel that Target really stepped up to the plate in their spclothing department! Last year I went there to pick out 1 fall outfit because my sin is an employee there. Jeremiah Montgomery Joey bringing me great clothes, ( he’s an excellent stylist and I’m not saying that because he’s my son. The fact that I walked out of Target having spent close to $500 on a fall wardrobe (which included a coat and boots as well as the fall wardrobe) speaks for itself. I normally shop at The Buckle, Exoress and Victoria’s Secret. I’d never purchased an entire wardrobe from Target until last year. 8 was very satisfied with every thing I had and if something went on sale after I purchased it, the Target employees gladly gave me an adjustment! The store is clean and very organized and assistance is available when needed. Cashiers are pleasant and accommodating. The on,y thing that I would change is being able to couple my discounts w/ using a credit card other than my Red Card because often I forget to Bri g it with me. I had on,y planned on lick8bg it a prescription and walked out having spent over $125. Thanks Target! Keep up...
