The food is always fresh and good typically no issues with customer service but this is a complaint regarding communication between two entities Chick-Fil-A and DoorDash two days in a row my coworkers and I have ordered from them there is a current promotion where you get free 8 count nuggets with a purchase of $12+ Both times I tried to order it gave me an error message so I contacted DoorDash who had me email screenshots or my order and error message they reached out to The merchant chick - fil - a but no one answered they gave me the run around saying I’d have to settle it with chick- fil - a I finally talk to the manager at the store today 3/11 I explained the issue to him he stated he can’t help I’d have to go through DoorDash so I told him what they said his answer didn’t change so I asked him since I just ordered again today where my order was $13 before tax and it still won’t allow me to can he just add it to the order I just placed he declined saying no because DoorDash would be the ones paying for the free nuggets. I had the worst customer experience ever at this location. They got my order wrong on top of Repeating it back to me. After I talked to the “Director “ Nicolas he was no help at all. I asked for a refund because I was told to get back in line to order a fry which was left off my order I was Livid , the line was whipped down the street. He told me to give him back the food after I had touch the food in the bag remind you we are in a pandemic. I call the corporate number and they made sure to tell me that this was a franchise location and That explains it all. I did get a call from the store manager Nick the next morning who was Extremely rude and was told by Nicolas that I was yelling at him and the entire call was about what Nicolas had said and not what happened and how We can make your next visit better.
