I live near this Walgreens and have been going for 4 yrs. There's always a problem or delay with my prescription. I dont need too many prescriptions so I just deal with it. Well this time was a totally new level of unprofessional rude behavior. Drama. I called and spoke to someone saying my prescription was in on Thursday.. drove up but they closed already at 7pm. Which is fine so I went again the next day, waiting behind 6 cars taking 45 mins.. then getting to the window and they say its not ready but they said it was ready the day before. They told me to then go inside and wait saying it will be 15 mins. It ended up taking another 35 mins. When they call my name I mention at the window that it was supposed to be ready the day before and how long I have been waiting. I just stated the facts. No emotion just made her aware. This worker and some loud lady behind me started going back and forth naming all the other pharmacies I should go to besides their Walgreens. (Well it's a little too late for that at this point and I already decided never again will I step foot in there)There was a long line of people behind me witnessing this ridiculous unprofessional behavior..and people waiting listening to this back and forth attack on me.. just bc I spoke up about the long wait when it was supposed to be filled. I was still polite. My prescription was also under a different doctor's name, not the doctor who prescribed it. Today my doc sent another prescription to this lovely place before I could stop them and I was like oh Lord help me. đ So of course they send a text that it's delayed and I call to ask if they can just transfer it to a different Walgreens.. after talking to 2 different people and waiting for her to see if it's in stock... she never got back to the phone and hung up on me after Ive been on the phone 20 mins. I will never deal with this...
   Read moreThis is the first time Iâve ever submitted a negative review but customer service here is atrocious. Expect to wait on hold for hours with no answer. NO ONE answers the phone and when they do, they intentionally hang up after saying youâll be placed back on hold. I tested this theory by having internal Walgreens customer service transfer me directly, and was told point-blank they did not expect anyone to pick up. Was also told by a pharmacy tech directly that the only way to get ahold of them is to come in person, when thatâs not feasible for those who work in other areas. Prescriptions are always delayed and Iâm currently on week 2 of no refill for a necessary and well established maintenance medication. Even if I show up in person to the pharmacy multiple times, Iâm not given a straight answer or am told my Rx is no longer in stock and has to be reordered. Will be filing an official complaint with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy and Walgreens corporate. This is 100% a Walgreens issue to fix. Understaffed teams can only do so much. Walgreens is doing nothing to resolve whatâs clearly an ongoing issue and I will never recommend this facility...
   Read moreOn 11/16/21 around 7:30 I went to pick an online order that was placed the day prior. I received email confirmation my order was ready for pickup and to proceed to the photo counter. Once there the clerk stated, âyour order isnât here in guessing no one pulled itâ. I informed her I had received an email to come pick up and her response was, âwell thatâs just corporate not usâŚsoooâ. No resolve to get my order or further instructions and now frustrated, I asked where the item was and if they would be double charged. She stated, âyour card isnât charged until we process itâ. The correct answer shouldâve have been, no because Iâll be sure to cancel your order so that doesnât happen. But she stood there clueless and unhelpful. After purchasing my items I asked another clerk to cancel my order because I could see the pending transaction on my banking app. This particular location has absolutely gone down hill, I mean HORRIBLE!!! From cleanliness to professionalism. After this situation I will not be returning to this particular location and going further out or to another...
