Read moreThis store in Stafford, TX used to be a very popular store couple of years ago- if you’re into foreign foods, wines and housewares. Guess what- poor customer service hence low sales led to the store closing and moving to the Galleria part of town…and same poor customer service…I had to drive down to this new location, but knew it would close… And right after Covid-19, they’re back at the same location in Stafford, TX…but the same issue still exists for the third time- poor customer service, but great products and barely any customers…
They management should know that great customer service will help with customer influx to their store…

Read moreI have been shopping at there stores for while now and while I love the products I just keep having issues with them. I first stopped going to the Heights store because I would get ignored or passed over for service. Then I started using the Richmond store. No issues for the most part. Then the pandemic came and they never fill orders. You just wait for hours and hours. So I tried this store and I am still not please. I hate it because I do like the products but it shouldn't be this hard to spend your money with curbside during a pandemic. I would think they would want your business. I would rather see them go instead...
