Five Below — Local services in Stafford

I came in yesterday with unbearable pain in my mouth due to a cracked tooth an infection. From the moment I walked in the staff was friendly and helpful. I've only had experience dealing with hospital emergency rooms. I was told about all cost upfront since I would be a self paid patient (as I currently do not have health insurance). The doctor and nurse were very knowledgeable as they should be. Even though they do not have a dentist on staff; my pain was managed in a timely fashion and I was also given a list of local dentist in my area. I'm truly grateful for my experience here. I would definitely recommend Signature Care free standing emergency rooms to anyone who is in urgent need of help with pain management and other questionable issues that they may be experiencing. I'd also like to add that this was the best $175 I've ever spent as far as pain management go. most of you can understand the outrageous cost that are associated with hospital emergency rooms. I had a deeply disappointing and upsetting experience at this Five Below location. The customer service was subpar from the moment I walked in, with employees appearing disinterested and unhelpful. However, the situation escalated when I was falsely accused of stealing by the “store manager” an unfounded and humiliating accusation made without any justification or evidence.

To make matters worse, when I attempted to file a formal complaint, the manager refused to provide her name or any identifying employee information, which made the process of reporting her behavior unnecessarily difficult. This lack of accountability and professionalism is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a leadership role.

I understand mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled showed a clear disregard for respectful customer interaction and proper protocol. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly urge Five Below’s corporate team to review the conduct and training of their staff here.
