Went here Christmas shopping today worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life the lady cashing us out was not only on the phone taking a personal call but she had the phone on speaker I could here there entire conversation and how she . MAD DISRESPECTFUL !!! The young lady that works here is very rude. I myself a entrepreneur in the same field tried to give Lids a play due to getting my start from coming to Lids to get caps done.
