Bordertown Coffee & Bake Shop — Restaurant in Star

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this place yet! I’ve been coming here since 2021 to have coffee with my birthday twin, and I can’t get enough. Since it’s been switched to bordertown, the coffee has definitely improved. The customer service is amazing, and the food is absolutely delicious. For being a small run coffee shop, they run a tighter ship than Starbucks, and the quality is consistent. I have had a positive experience with each barista I’ve encountered. Def worth the 20 minute drive 💖 that being said, I hope you eventually open a location in Meridian 🙏🤣

Update: I moved away and would absolutely love a latte 😭 I'd be down to open up one of your stores in Utah! You guys would do wonderfully out here!...

We have been extremely disappointed in Bordertown. We were regulars of Bobbie Jeans. We loved the fresh breakfast sandwiches and the coffee was top quality. We gave Bordertown a couple chances ourselves and we were let down both times. We have other family members living in Star who agree that the coffee is terrible. The drip coffee had no flavor, and my husband and I got iced lattes which we thought had a disappointing quality to it. I think if Bordertown stopped serving jimmy dean sandwiches and tried to improve the quality of their drinks, we would be happy to try again. Until then, I think it’s an unfortunate shift from a top quality...

The coffee here is outstanding. I add an extra 10 minutes to my work commute for this place. BUT more importantly the workers here are amazing. They are so friendly and kind without being too pushy. I would take a bullet to the chest for the employees there, they are so outstanding. They give my dogs bones and whipped cream everytime we go through. I’ve been to both locations and neither have ever disappointed me. I’d rather crawl 20 miles on my hands and knees to get to Bordertown for a coffee than drive through another coffee shop...
