My wife, daughter, and I stopped in to kill some time while we were waiting on freshman orientation. We were actually looking for a small storage piece for her dorm room. While we were there a really nasty storm blew in. They let us hang out while the storm passed and even let me walk through their storage area to get to my car so I wouldn’t get soaked. Would have given a 5 but I was told they would deliver AND remove my daughter's old couch. They did deliver but didn't remove the old one. They said it was too big to go in their dumpster.....normal size couch though. Also she asked if they would remove it to the apt dumpster which they didn't do.
