The worst location ever. Last week they overcharged me, instead of charging me for 4 bowls they charged me for 5 and I noticed until I got home. Today I stopped by at 8:30pm with 4 more people and they barely put any food in my bowl, they were out of fajita veggies, they don’t ever have vinaigrette. I spotted a big pan of chips in the back which is the reason I asked for a bag and the lazy employee said they didn’t any chips all for not having to go pack a bag (So for all those who don't know, those chips that they had in the back will all go in the trash because they don't save the chips for the next day, therefore that big pan of chips was a waste for the store) I come from Houston, my wife worked for chipotle 3 years so I know all the tricks, I’m used to the best service but this is by far the worst THE WORST location ever. It really sucks taking into consideration that this is the only location in Starkville and it’s being neglected 100% by the lazy employees working there. Read moreI was in town for business. I decided to go to this establishment for dinner after a 7 hour dive. I purchased a steak burrito. The employee working the line spoke very low and acted like she was dead. You couldn't hear anything she was saying and had to repeat what she was saying multiple times. Even the dude in front of me asked if she could speak up. Everyone's complaining that they don't get much meat are correct bc I didn't get much for this being a $15 meal. The burrito should've been a rice burrito with a bite or two of steak. They were out of guacamole and grilled veggies. The chips I had as a side were extremely salty, cold and chewy instead of crunchy. The salsa I received was pico instead of an actual salsa. I said this is salsa? She said it was all they had. (There was salsa on the line though) There were two girls working the register and chips and salsa. I had to wait at the register to check out bc they were showing each other something on their phones. I almost said screw it and left but I was tired and ready to get back to my hotel room. The most disappointing thing is that every time I go to the store to order food, there are often missing items, such as sometimes there is no onion and green pepper mixture! Sometimes there is no corn kernels! Sometimes there is no beef! There was even one time! There was no onion and green pepper mixture, no tomato cubes, and no guacamole! I don’t understand why they don’t prepare new items before the items are about to sell out! Instead, they wait until they are sold out before cooking new ones! Don’t they know how long it takes to cook new ones? What’s more annoying is that the counter at their window ordering station has the items I want, but their staff is unwilling to go there to get the food that the guests want! Maybe this is their company’s rule! But sometimes the waiters I met are willing to go to another counter to get the food I want! !
